Wonderful place

The house is exactly as described in review. Clean and fresh. Placed perfectly in OBX that all attractions and beaches were within 25 minutes either way. Highly recommend staying here for an OBX trip!!

The house is a few minutes away from food, gas, stores, and most importantly the beach. The neighbors and neighborhood seemed nice. Not many people out and about, but when we walked around the few people we saw said hello. Just in general we felt safe and relaxed. Its exactly what we needed.

Fantastic Property and Owners

This vacation exceeded our expectations. I will start off saying that Jerry and Jennifer were so accommodating, they were there if we needed anything at all. This was 3rd year staying in Kills Devil Hill and we feel blessed to have found them this year. The house is the perfect size with all the amenities needed down to allot of DVD's!! It was also extremely clean which was one of the many perks!! We can't wait to return in 2026!!!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this home highly if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

Nice, cozy place!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place. Was clean and comfy! A short walk away from the waterfront and a short drive to the shops ans restaurants. Had a great time and my dog loved it too!

Perfect place, walk to the bay

This was a great home base for the northern leg of our outer banks trip! Convenient location for all the sights. 5-minute walk to the bay, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. Just a little longer walk to the beach on the ocean side. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, even though it's so close to the main road. The property itself was great. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

Spring break

We decided to take a quick trip to the Outer Banks over spring break weekend. The house was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed staying there. It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone.

Nice but needs maintenance

The house itself was clean, but not the paddlefans. There were a lot of little things the owners could do to make this house a lot more enjoyable.Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Lovely vacation spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It felt like a home away from home for our small family and dog. It was perfect for walking along the sound, to the beach, biking to numerous destinations, and an easy drive to get to any other place you want to visit in the Outer Banks. We hope to come back!

This was our vacation home on the Outer Banks before we permanently located to Kitty Hawk. It is close to all amenities and attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer but peaceful and tranquil so you can enjoy your vacation.

Weekend and Partial week rentals are also available during the off season starting at $400 for a minimum of 2 nights (Last week of September - week before Easter). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. Please message me for a quote.

The unique location gives you safety and peace of mind. Quiet residential area with a scenic walking area all up and down the between soundfront. A Gazebo is jointly owned by the community for your pleasure. There is a community boat ramp to launch in the neighborhood.
