The Space:

You can't really get more waterfront than this! Imagine sitting on the deck, the water lapping up toward you, sipping your favorite drink and soaking up the sun. The views from the kitchen and living area are also amazing, as well as upstairs in the unfinished bedroom bunk area. This home is fun, and is a great place to enjoy all the summer activities and relaxation you can handle.



The first floor offers a kitchen area with eat-in space, with gorgeous views. The living area adjacent is open and inviting, with large windows all facing toward the cove. You can sit and enjoy a movie, or gather around the small dining area to enjoy meals. Between the kitchen and living space is the master bedroom, which has a queen bed, and easy access to the rest of the home. Next to the master bedroom is another room with two twin beds. Upstairs, an unfinished rustic bunk area offers two additional twin beds, and is perfect for kids or adventurous guests; you'll really feel like you're on a ship! Windows from upstairs offer such wonderful views of the ocean below and doesn't feel like your average lofted attic bedroom.



With waterfront living like this, you won't want to go back home.

Cozy cottage

This house was perfect for our stay in Cape Cod. Beautiful view of the pond , close to Orleans restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a wonderful stay

Great location but house needs some TLC. Toaster is broken, coffee maker and pots and pans are old and falling apart. Refrigerator handle needs tightening and can opener is broken and super frustrating to try to use. Lighting in attic is minimal and bulbs need to be replaced in living room. Dresser is difficult to open and close in room with double bed. No laundry on site but listing mentions laundry. Rented during off season so not bad for 2K not sure its worth top dollar in the summer month just for the view. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great place for people with chemical sensitivities

Beautiful. Clean and chemical free. Management so very responsive in changing cleaning regimen to suit specific sensitivites. Lots of windows for fresh air. Very frienfly staff. Couldn't have had a more relaxed and wonderful stay.

Very Disappointing

Problems with ants and ant cups leaking, numerous lamps and ceiling lights did not work, lighting very poor, musty smell, leaks in refrigerator, problems with the internet, beds were uncomfortable, Wasp nest on porch. We want a 25 percent refund. We have rented other places on the Cape. This place should not be rented as is.

Great view, rocky start.

When we arrived at 4:20, the property had not been cleaned and the previous renters were far from a 5-star rating. We called the office and cleaners were there within five minutes. Upon our return, the place was immaculate. Then we turned on the TV — no internet service. Storms had nothing to do with it. The outside cable connection was disconnected. A service person came out the next morning, evaluated the situation and corrected the problem. But still there was no internet the first night (out of a two-night stay). My husband and I were most comfortable, but we wouldn’t want to put anyone in the upstairs sleeping area. The air conditioner was ineffective generating no cool air. But the view of the cove was wonderful and the dock just great — even went for a swim! We also appreciate the compensation to our account for our first night’s dinner because of the check-in cleaning mishap. Would we come back again ??? Yes.

Property is as pictured. Very lovely, great morning sunrise over the water. Location is perfect for shopping, dining, etc, yet quiet and tucked away. Highly recommend.

It was a perfect location facing waterfront! Nice small size house that has been well maintained. We felt very comfort and cozy.

Door to dock in 10ft

Lovely old time but refreshed Cape cottage. Beautiful calm spot, waterview, birds, able to paddle board and kayak right out the front door with easy access to many amenities. Made us happy
