This property is beautiful. It was perfect for our family weekend wedding & activities. It is situated on beautiful Deer Lake. The 2BR, 2 BA Villa was the perfect place to relax by the lake with family. The villa was in perfect condition, clean & well appointed. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and responded quickly to any questions I had. I look forward to coming back here again.

We had ANOTHER wonderful stay at Frank & Jennifer's place. This house has everything you could ever need from a fully stocked kitchen, stacks of fluffy towels, multiple, vintage inspired bathrooms and views upon views. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee while watching the Loons and the sunrise, our days shopping in East Tawas, our afternoons floating in the lake and our evenings going for nice bike rides through the quiet neighborhood. This place is truly lovely and holds so many memories for our family. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

As always the home was excellent. It might be nice to have a hand held vacuum, as the knots get heavy during night time (to be expected) and the sliding doors and screen doors get harder to slide easily. We did sweep them but they are there again the next day. Vacuum may help. We had an issue with dryer, but Frank was on top of it and it was resolved. Very relaxing and lots of fun for our family and friends. Thank you Frank, hopefully will be back next year (our fourth year)

Great news on the vacuum front: we actually do have a Dyson handheld vacuum hanging opposite the washing machine in the mudroom for guests to use. Sorry it wasn't more visible during your stay. We will see about having a sign made to point it out for future guests. Glad we were able to sort the dryer issue out quickly, and so happy to hear everyone had a relaxing time. It was the perfect location for our family. Beautiful shade trees, quiet neighborhood, convenient location, and lovely furnishings. The appliances were in working order. We thought we had brought everything we needed but we didn't. We needed a pair of scissors; they had a pair in the drawer. We needed a bandage, first aid kit in the laundry room, lighter for the fire pit, it was supplied. Frank & Jennifer were quick to respond with any of our questions or concerns. Relaxing vacation in Tawas

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home on Lake Huron. The hosts were very responsive and made our visit feel like we were family. The sunrises were awesome and the lake was very active during our visit.

Excellent Stay

The accommodations were fantastic. The owner was friendly and quick to answer questions. A perfect view of the lake and large yard to play games and hang out. Well-stocked kitchen with grill outside. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
