Beautiful sandy beach waterfront ranch on Lake Erie with 0.4 acre of land. Very private on a dead end street with wooded areas across and on one side. Classy but cozy decoration throughout. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath that can accommodate up to 8 persons. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Panoramic windows overlooking the scenic backyard and the lake, with door to patio deck with propane BBQ. The backyard leads down to the private sandy beach with 90' of water frontage. Close to Point Pelee and ferry to Pelee Island.

Lovely home with all the amenities you could ever need. Beautiful lake views for daytime and comfortable seating for evenings. Our group of four adults were very comfortable in this home. It provided us the perfect location for rest and relaxation.

I very much enjoyed staying here. The cottage was amazing, much better than the pictures and was very clean. We also went swimming on several occasions and used the bonfire. Overall, it was a perfect vacation for my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely come back in the future.

This property had all the amenities you would need. Absolutely lovely views, beautifully decorated with all the finishing touches. They supplied everything we needed for our long weekend get away.

Peace and quiet

We stayed here with a group of seven and absolutely loved it! Very close to Point Pelee and Leamington, as well as other attractions. Visit to Pelee Island

A long awaited trip with friends to the Pelee Island area. The accommodation and location was perfect for us to visit and be tourists in that part of Ontario. So much nicer than staying in a hotel! It was so well equipped, we didn’t want for anything. Beautiful area of the Province.

A beautiful get away

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage very much! Amber and William were great hosts who were easy to reach and very friendly. The water was warm, clean and the kids enjoyed swimming there during our stay. Everything was organized and clean when we arrived, they had all the amenities we needed. Beach house in July

We had a nice time staying at Willy and Amber’s beach house. It is located in a remote residential area on the lake. The backyard over looks the lake and it’s about 20 steps down to a private beach area. The beach is a mix of sand and rocks. The water was warm and gets deep quickly. The backyard is spacious and has some patio furniture that you can bring in and out of the large garage. Inside, the house is both well laid out and equipped with everything you need for your stay. They are a five minute drive into the town of Wheatley, which has an ice cream shop, splash pad, park, walking trails, lcbo and grocery store.

Thank you for the rental and review. I guess you missed my reminder regarding taking out the recycle bins. Unfortunately the recycling is collected only once every 2 weeks. As we cannot leave it sitting for another 2 weeks we had to take all the recycle with us. I’m glad the weather had been good and we hope you had a good time. Have a good summer !

Nice near the water.ù

Weather did not cooperate. 4 out of 7 days. But still had a relaxing time on the beach. A few fires .All good.plenty of room good beds comfortable furniture big screen TV DVD player a plus. Great time. Brian.

Wonderful cottage for relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved this cottage rental. Aside from its wonderful location at the edge of Lake Erie, vast garden and surrounding greenery, it was equipped inside with everything we needed and more for our vacation. The host, William, was exceptionally responsive to our questions when we contacted him. We would gladly stay here again if the owner is happy to have us back. It is also exceptionally situated. A close twenty minute drive to Point Pelee National Park and the Leamington Ferry Terminal (to take a ferry to Pelee Island). Grocery stores are also quite close (twenty minutes by car) and there is a liquor store less than five minutes away. Thanks William for letting us stay at your beautiful vacation home!

So relaxing

This property was perfect for relaxing while providing a location that was close enough to everything while still being rural. The house was well equipped with everything you could need in a house while on vacation. There are many puzzles, books, and movies to keep you entertained if you want to stay in. The private beach is great as many neighbours are not out at the same time. The owner is very responsive which was nice to see. We had a wonderful time! (P.S. bring a pen if you want to sign the guest book! We couldn’t find one so unfortunately couldn’t sign it)

Well equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable and cozy bedrooms with a master ensuite bathroom. You can relax and enjoy the house, or you can go out to enjoy all the surrounding parks with birds /wildlife watching, beaches /watersports, hiking /biking, wineries /breweries tours etc. Close to Point Pelee and ferry to Pelee Island.
