Welcome to your perfect vacation spot! Our vacation rental is an inviting getaway for families and friends alike. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this fully furnished home is situated in an ideal location on Lake Erie's waterfront, providing stunning views and an unbeatable atmosphere.

Inside, you'll find a charming farmhouse-style dining room table, perfect for family meals and gathering around to share stories and laughter. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials you'll need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and stay connected with wifi and smart TVs.

Outside, the fun continues with an outdoor patio that boasts plenty of seating for everyone, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the lake. You'll also find a fire pit for cozy nights under the stars and a 6-person hot tub to relax and unwind in after a long day of exploring.

Our rental is conveniently located near Point Pelee National Park, Erie Shores Golf & Country Club, Seacliff Beach, and the dock with the Pelee Island Ferry, when operating from Leamington.

**Note that if a guest's stay falls mid-week, they may see the hot tub maintenance person testing and cleaning the hot tub.**

This cottage was great for our extended long weekend getaway. Absolutely stunning sunset views with Lake Erie being the literal backyard. The overall ambience was very cozy and inviting.

Visited to cycle Pont Pelee, Pelee Island and Kingsville, all easily accessible from the cottage. Evenings on the deck watching the sunset was a perfect end to each day. The cottage itself was perfect - comfortable, lots of room and well equipped. Host was prompt and helpful responding.

Cute place with beautiful views of Lake Erie and amazing sunsets! Lots of room in the yard to play catch. Close to the beach and Point Pelee. Nice BBQ with natural gas. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.

Beautiful Place

Perfect stay with a gorgeous view

My son and I were in town for his hockey. This was such a perfect spot for us. So cozy, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for my son to sit after a long day on the ice and I loved having my morning coffee with the most beautiful lake view. This little cottage had everything we needed! Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect home!

Sunsets were incredible, hot tub was ready for use and wonderful, close to Point Pelee Nat. Park, beds were comfortable, very private location, loved the set up of the home, & nicely remodeled. Eat at Freddy’s! Wonderful owners & delicious food - unexpected treat!

We Didn't Want To Leave!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely, well stocked, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The real attraction, however, is the location. The view of the lake is awesome. We enjoyed breakfast out on the patio and watching the sunset each night from the very comfortable chairs near the water. We are already talking about when we can return!

Fantastic Property AND Team

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a family outing. Property was just as described in the listing and views were outstanding, especially at sunset!! We made good use of the the chaise lounges overlooking the water -- a fantastic place to unwind. As it was still spring (and chilly), we didn't make much use of the outdoor space, but that didn't detract from our stay in the slightest. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had good water pressure, and the house was fully equipped. Worth mentioning -- one of the smoke detectors reached end of life during our stay. We called the support number and Rui himself came over immediately with a replacement, and some friendly conversation. Between that and the pre-stay communication, we were very impressed with the personal touch to ensure everything would be perfect for our stay. This was a great experience, and we would stay again!

Christmas weekend

Planned a Christmas long weekend with friends. Stayed at this wonderful beautiful Cozy property in Leamington. Location was near Point Peele facing the lake. Weather was nice no snow, enjoyed outdoors hot tub. Everything was really not nice, including decor cleanliness, Comfortable place with every amenities. Host was very Cooperative throughout, gave us access an hour earlier as we reached early and also allowed us extra hour for check out. Definitely will plan a trip again during summer to enjoy it fullest.

Three Day Get Away

Very nice location, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful hot tub. Nice fire pit BUT no wood provided. We did not have to supply our own kitchen utensils, nor linens, nor towels, nor hot tube chemicals, nor bath room necessities(TP), etc. Why the bundle of wood?? The teflon coating on the griddle on the kitchen stove was damaged before we arrived - we used the griddle and the food stuck. We did not have any supplies to clean it. Got charged!

Excellent location

The property had all the amenities advertised and the location looking over the lake was beautiful. The only problem I had was trying to find the property manager number on the contract. I had to contact VRBO to get the owners phone number. Please could you make the number easier to find? Other than that we loved staying there and would recommend it to others.

Ideal location, great house...THAT VIEW!

Our recent experience at this house on the lake is one my family won't ever forget. Our check in was easy and the home was way more ideally situated than we even thought. A five minute drive from what ended up our favorite beach and only 10-15 to the downtown areas for restaurants and groceries etc. Also located close to Point Peelee National Park which drew us in the first place. The beds in the home had great mattresses, even the bunk beds for the kids were very comfortable. The furnishings and linens were all nice quality and comfortable for our week. The home has all the basics you will need and then some. Don't forget to spend your morning on the chaise with a coffee from one of two coffee machines watching the boats on the lake. That was my favorite way to start the day. Our favorites feature of this home was the view. We spent a few of our nights doing a fire and star gazing with our Telescope and a few others watching a storm out on the lake! Lastly, the team was very responsive when we reached out with any questions. A+. We already want to go back!

Lovely lakeside cottage

Recently renovated cottage. Clean and inviting. Photos and listing description are good representation of the space. Quiet location in town of Leamington. FYI: The property is managed through a local company so all communication is through their email and portal (not VRBO) so it's a bit clunkier than when host using VRBO for communications.

Slice of heaven

Don't let this little cottage fool you. It has more than enough space to make your stay comfortable, with all of the comforts of home and more. Everything is exactly as pictured, and the views are even more remarkable in person. Highly recommend this cottage for a fun family getaway or weekend with friends.

I loved this property and cannot to come back. Being in the hot tub watching the sunset was the best way to end the day. It's too bad there was not besch but that's not the owners fault. I highly recommended this place.

A little piece of paradise!

I’m almost hesitant to leave such a rave review in fear that this gem will get so booked up, I won’t be able to come back! Our family stayed for a few days during school break and it was just what we all needed! It is a beautiful cottage with updated amenities and has been tastefully decorated. It’s comfy and cozy and the chaise lounges by the window overlooking the lake were my favourite!! The hot tub was the biggest hit and you can’t beat the view! Absolutely gorgeous whether it’s an early morning soak, sunset soak or star-gazing soak. It was clean and well-kept. The bonus: feels like a cottage but so close to town with everything you need! And the pass to Point Pelee was awesome! Communication with Paul was friendly and efficient! He was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing Home Away from Home

My family and I really enjoyed our week here. It was exactly what we needed to be away from our normal stresses of everyday life. It also had everything we needed. The best was our sunset evenings in the whirlpool followed by a relaxing time by the fireplace. To top it all off Pelee National Park was just a short drive away and we were even provided with the park pass to visit which was a lovely surprise. We would definitely consider coming back.
