​We had an amazing stay at this house! The house itself was spotless and very clean, and the overall environment is peaceful and welcoming. We spent our time out on the water boating, and the lake was an absolute blast. To top it off, the hosts were wonderful, incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our entire trip.​Highly recommend this place for a great getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

We reserved the property for our son's wedding, and the online description and photos were exactly what was shown. The home is beautifully appointed, and the covered patio was great. The fenced yard for our little dog was awesome. Location close to the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and the ceremony. Butch, the host, was great and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay. All you needed to do was bring a toothbrush!

Great location, lake view, great patio, plenty of room. Great communication, easy check in and check out, tons of parking, close to Tracy Ferry Marina and 15 min from town. Only 5 min to liquor store and main road. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only think I would recommend is bring your own pillows - these are flat as a pancake and long overdue for replacement! No complaints from us we will be back!

The lakehouse/cabin was beautifully decorated, especially for the holiday! All the holiday decor made our family's pre-Christmas gathering very nice. The layout and number of beds were also amazing. The linens were a little old and could use updating, but other than that, we were very impressed!

This place will spoil you. The owner is grate. Worth the money. They didn’t hide anything. Had to move about 5 miles away to finish my contract here in AR. . Way over priced, can you believe it no ice maker.

Great home, grounds and neighborhood

Located close to town and many things for the whole family to do. House was comfortable and spacious with lots of room to move around inside and out for our large family. Well stocked in all rooms and plenty of hot water in all areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Winter Getaway!

We spent the week before Christmas with our whole family, and it was just the right setup for games, movie nights, and daytime hikes! The house is clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, and other necessary items. It has a cozy, “lodge” style feel, and they even had the place all decked out for Christmas! Really, it was just perfect.

Rustic yet with all the comforts of home

Our main reason to come to this area was to boat on Norfork Lake. This house was conveniently located to Tracy Ferry Marina, where we kept our boat for the two nights that we were here. The contact people at both places were very friendly and accommodating! The house was well stocked and comfortable. Great outdoor space also!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

Loved this house. The house is beautiful and very well spaced out with doors to each room for privacy. Big kitchen and living area. There are neighbors that look out for each other and the vrbo renters. We enjoyed visiting with them and their dogs. Will be back to this area.

Plenty of space for all our family

This was our first time with a vrbo. We will definitely use it again. It was great to have our whole family under one roof. We made use of the puzzles, games, fire pit, patio, and grill. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens. Thank you for a lovely stay!
