Deux chambres : une avec un grand lit deux places, l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Séjour : canapé lit 2 places. Au total 5/6 couchages. Doubles rideaux, très bonne literie.

We would stay here again

I was concerned about the location and how long it would take to travel to major tourist attractions, but like the other reviewers of this property, I quickly found that all forms of transportation are quite close to the apartment and you can quickly get wherever you want to go. We were very pleased with the neighborhood and with our stay.

Great stay for family of 5!

We had a lovely time at this property with our family. Walking distance to public transportation at the end of two different metro lines. Our stay started with a kind host to help us settle in. Definitely recommend this location for multiple days in Paris.

Great Apartment

Excellent location, the area was safe, clean and ease to move around Paris using Metro. The apartment is in a nice building and was better than expected, we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Mr. Delarue personally handed over the keys and showed us the apartment. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. and the room was warm.The kitchen utensils had coating worn off, and none of them had lids. The bus stop and tram station are within a 5-minute walking distance, and the metro station is about 15 minutes away. A Carrefour grocery store and a pharmacy are close by. There are also quite a few good restaurants and boulangeries in the area.Overall, it is a good and quiet neighborhood.

Great visit in Paris

We stayed at Philippe's condo for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. Location near restaurants, metro & bus, markets, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Right from day one Philippe made sure that we knew where everything we needed was located. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Philippe!!!

Convenient Apartment in Southwest Paris

Great for our stay in Paris. Close to two metro lines, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not in the heart of Paris, but it was easy to Metro in and out to Paris (and Versailles). The host was very communicative and greeted us at the property upon our arrival.

Olympics 8 day stay

Location was perfect - shops restaurants and transport all close by plus the v convenient Suzanne Lenglen park for a morning run. very comfortable apartment, suited our needs we would have liked a larger screen to watch Olympic sport (when we weren't out watching it live!)

Was concerned that we were too far out, but the location turned out to be perfect. Easy access to metro and easy to Uber from. The neighborhood was wonderful around the property. We spent a down day in the neighborhood and it may have been our best day.Phillipe was awesome getting us checked in. Great start to the week.

Very good location to tour Paris

Meeting at the apartment and getting a good explanation of operations. Also he kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine and bread with jam to welcome us. Location was right on Tram 2 that took us to the 12 metro line that got us everywhere that led to everywhere in Paris. Great little grocery and a fun restaurant called Pizza D’Oliver just around the corner!

Great apartment

It’s a very quiet building in a very quiet neighborhood. I did at first worry that the proximity to all the main attractions and the highway close by was going to be a problem but it was not. We generally got anywhere in Paris in 30-40 minutes by Metro. The beds were comfortable and showers always hot. We were always on the go so didn’t use much more than the coffee pot.

Clean and efficient! 10 min walk to metro stations. 2 min walk to bus. Sometimes buses do not run late in the afternoon! Lots of walking! But the apartment was nice for the five of us!

5 Days in Paris

This was a great experience overall. We are a family of 5 and a standard hotel is often not comfortable for us. This two bedroom, two bath property was much more comfortable for us. The host was very gracious and showed us around. The property was only a 10 minute walk from two different Metro stations, which was great. It was not very central, however to many of the places we visited. Even with that, it was a very comfortable and safe property, which was our top priority.

In general, my family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was in a great location to the convention center and to catch the metro to get anywhere in Paris. The apartments had good amenities and many supplies to support 5 people for the week. It had plenty of space. The apartment is not the apartment in the pictures. The floorplan is the same but not as clean or decorated as the pictures depicted.

Clean and cozy apartment worked well for our family.

Phillipe was an excellent host. He promptly sent communications and met us at the property entrance, walking us through all the amenities and expectations. The apartment was very clean and functional, though felt a little tight for a party of 5. Anyways we were only spending the nights there and during day time we were doing sighseeting so it perfectly worked well for us. Elevators are available and quite location. You can take the tram Port d'lissy across the street to get to Port de versailles and hit central Paris in 20-30 minutes. Strongly encourage booking this property, you wont get wrong.

Le logement est idéalement situé (proche de plusieurs lignes de métro, bus, et tramway).Il correspond parfaitement aux attentes d’une famille (confort, espace..)Le plus : la place de parking pour la voiture. En complément des prestations du logement s’ajoutent celle de l’appart’hôtel. En conclusion notre séjour a été très agréable (avec un temps meilleur qu’annoncé malgré la tempête Benjamin).
