luxury townhome located in downtown Asheville. This 3-story townhome is located in Building #2 of the Bauhaus South Slope development. A moment's walk to the popular South Slope district of downtown, right beside Asheville's minor league baseball field, and just several blocks to the heart of downtown Asheville you will be in one of the most desirable locations in town. The home has a private garage that will fit 1 midsize car, a private elevator, and a large rooftop terrace to take in the views.

Guests will receive all access and check-in instructions upon confirmed booking.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay in Asheville. The property is light and roomy. Plenty of space for everyone. It is only a short walk to shopping and restaurants.

Ashville long weekend
This is a tough one to rate. Walking around the city of Asheville is always fun and this property is in a great spot for that. The place was new but not exactly a warm property but that could be overlooked. Unfortunately we requested to check in an hour early when we booked and when we finally got an answer it was an hour after the normal booking time. The roof top lounge area was a let down as were the guest bedrooms but the primary was beautiful and spacious as advertised. The gas station next door is not a public station rather it’s a city facility and city trucks and assorted automobiles come and go all day and night!

Excellent townhome located just south of downtown
8 of us stayed at this house for a weekend and it was great! We were within easy walking distance of downtown, but just far enough outside that we didn't have to deal with downtown traffic.

Nice stay made really irritating by maintenance issues
Location is walkable to many restaurants and covered parking is a plus. But needing to call twice to have a gas leak dealt with was a real bummer. The first repair person didn’t fix the issue. The second one was much more knowledgeable but it took several hours to repair. Only enough hot water for two people to shower, then you have to wait for the water heater to catch up. Overall, this VRBO is just ok.

Perfect for a fun weekend!
Beautiful property, across the street from some of Asheville’s best breweries and restaurants! We stayed here for my bachelor party weekend and had a great time. Walking distance from downtown, and enough space to comfortably fit 8 guys. I would without a doubt stay here again. Communication was very good with management and everything in the unit was clean and newly furnished. The four floors provided a dynamic space that was unique and entertaining. And the rooftop hangout space is a great spot to grill out or sit by the fire.

Great Apartment
This was a great place to stay. The building was clean, super close to the breweries on the south slope of Asheville, had a very convenient parking situation for 2 compact cars, and check-in/check-out was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Valentines Weekend
Fun townhouse with plenty to do nearby. Spent Valentines weekend with friends. Unit was clean and spacious. 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor was small. Had an attached bath but no closet or drawer space. The main floor living space was great for 6 adults to work in the kitchen or hangout watching TV. Rooftop terrace was a plus. Weather wasn’t nice so we missed out on the view but we enjoyed having cocktails after dinner and using the gas fire table. Walking distance to good restaurants and local breweries.

Clean and Suited for 2 Nights
We were in town with immediate family for a change of scenery. We were in two cars, but only one was fitting in the garage. The temperature was very hard to regulate between the floors in the bedrooms, so no one slept very well. There are a few doors that would benefit from a healthy spray of WD-40 (main floor bathroom). Noise travels easily through the unit. We put the blow up mattress to use because two teenage boys could not fit in the same bed. The elevator proved to be very helpful with a sprained ankle the night before we arrived! The location was very central, but did not have a "neighborhood" feel. It would have been nice if we could have used the fire table on the roof but I guess it wasn't connected. The property was very clean and suited our needs fine for two nights.

Family Stay
Beautifully appointed property downtown, not as central as we have stayed before but a short walking distance.. Downstairs bedroom had a an issue with the shower leaking but management handled quickly. Also wish this room had more storage options (no closet) so a hanging rack or luggage stand would be a nice addition to consider. Garage, elevator and beautiful rooftop terrace all great features you wouldn't have anywhere else. Would stay again as a family.
