Ligar Bay Modern Bach - Sea View, Free Wi-Fi

Modern 3 bedroom house, located just 100m from Ligar Bay Beach.

Bifold doors in the open plan lounge/dining room open out onto the deck with views to the ocean. Table and chairs are available to use on the deck, as well as a gas BBQ.

There are two queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The family bathroom is equipped with a large shower and toilet, and the ensuite also has a shower and toilet.

There is a washing machine available for your use in the bathroom, and there is a clothes line outside.

Ben linen provided as well as one bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels.

Unlimited wi-fi is provided (free of charge) and there is a 50" smart TV in the lounge with netflix. Heating is from the log burner and a supply of wood is provided in the winter months.

We do not allow pets.

A cot and a highchair are available upon request. If you require these please send us a message when you book as they are stored offsite.

Please note that there is a security camera located outside the property, pointed towards the alleyway/entrance. The camera monitors people entering/leaving the property for security reasons.

Beautiful family holiday stay

Great place to stay on a beautiful Golden Bay holiday. Really close to the beach and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Particularly liked being able to open up all of the bifold doors and have great indoor / outdoor living. We would definitely stay again!

Family holiday in Ligar Bay

We had an awesome time away! The host was very helpful and communication was great. The house was clean and cosy with a warm fire for the cooler days. There was plenty to do with the beach only a quick walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is simply styled and well-designed for indoor outdoor living with a private garden and views of Ligar Bay. Easy access to Tata Beach, Wainui and a short drive to Takaka. Thanks for having us.

Stunning view and lovely home

Property is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean, everything you need is there, so just bring yourselves and your gear. There were even toys and books for the kids, which was a lovely change from the few bits we brought. The fire heats up the whole house nicely and there were extra blankets for the cold nights ( we visited in winter). The view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again

Just as Expected

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Comfortable accommodation and convenient location, suits our 3 person family very well. Host always responds promptly - on this trip the BBQ stopped working and the host replaced it with a new one (from Nelson) within 2 days. Plan to return again.

Everything we hoped for!

What a great place to stay. Slept better than at home - beds and linen so comfy. Everything we needed in the kitchen, morning yoga on the back lawn, Netflix in the evening when it was too chilly to stay out on the deck. Excellent, clear and fast communication from Jennifer. Want to go back.

Amazing property in an amazing location, just the peaceful getaway we needed. The property manager is lovely and incredibly easy to speak/deal with. Everything that you could possibly need and more is at the property. Lots of information regarding places around the local area and recommendations of things to do if you are not local to the area. The property is well appointed and fully met our expectations. Despite inclement weather most days we found the house very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, regardless of the weather. Jennifer, the host, was easy to contact and very helpful. We have already booked another stay later in the year.

Well equipped and high quality holiday home

We loved our stay - thank you for the extra touches, we appreciated the milk in the fridge, fire place laid and ready to light, chocolates, bed made and sparkling clean house. The house was lovely and warm with the woodfire and plentiful wood supply. The kitchen was well equipped and loved watching the sunsets over the sea from the deck. Also enjoyed a fresh mandarin from the tree in the garden! We highly recommend this holiday house!

A surprise packet of chocolate left for us started a great three night stay. A stones throw from the beach, modern spacious tidy home in very quiet cul de sac.
