Une belle maison moderne de 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain face à l'océan avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le magnifique coucher de soleil jamaïcain. Situé dans un développement privé fermé avec sécurité 24 heures, une plage de sable blanc et une piscine à débordement, la maison offre un cadre tranquille pour profiter de la belle île de la Jamaïque.

La jolie maison jumelée jaune est construite dans un style colonial jamaïcain et est entièrement climatisée avec un accès Internet WIFI ultra-rapide partout. Les deux chambres ont des portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur des balcons clôturés; la suite principale s'ouvre sur l'océan et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision, d'une salle de bains avec baignoire et d'une cabine de douche séparée carrelée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et des portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur un grand balcon. Les deux chambres ont des placards sans rendez-vous et des unités AC très silencieuses. La deuxième salle de bain a une grande douche à effet pluie carrelée et il y a aussi un vestiaire WC en bas.

Les salles de réception comprennent un espace décloisonné d'un coin salon avec une grande télévision connectée HD, un haut-parleur iPhone / iPod BOSE et une Xbox 360, un coin repas avec des portes-fenêtres offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan s'ouvrant sur la grande terrasse et une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur-congélateur avec distributeur de glace et d'eau, four et grill, plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge.

À l'extérieur de la maison se trouve une grande terrasse avec des sièges et des chaises longues donnant sur l'océan. Au-delà du pont, un jardin naturel mène à la falaise rocheuse avec l'océan en dessous. À l'avant de la propriété, il y a deux places de parking privées.

La plage de sable blanc privée et isolée est à quelques minutes à pied et offre une plongée avec tuba et une faune magnifiques, y compris des visites fréquentes de pélicans. Aucun bateau à moteur ou jet-ski n'est autorisé. La grande piscine à débordement est située derrière la plage et offre des sièges et des parasols supplémentaires sur le pooldeck.

Le Little Bay Country Club est une communauté résidentielle calme et haut de gamme située à environ une heure de route de l'aéroport international de Montego Bay. Il est situé sur une péninsule dans une zone marine de conservation. Il est à proximité des nombreux restaurants, centres de villégiature et bars sur la route de la plage, dont beaucoup offrent un accès à la célèbre plage de 7 Mile. Pour les plus aventureux, il existe de nombreux lieux et clubs de musique live, dont le célèbre Jungle Nightclub de Negril. Les supermarchés sont situés dans le centre de Negril, à environ 15 minutes en voiture et les taxis locaux sont nombreux et bon marché. Le célèbre West End de Negril abrite plus d'hôtels, de restaurants, le phare de Negril et le célèbre Rick's Cafe, qui avec la plongée sous-marine, les couchers de soleil spectaculaires et la musique live est répertorié comme l'un des dix meilleurs bars du monde.

La propriété accueille confortablement 4 adultes, mais il y a aussi un canapé-lit gigogne simple dans le salon qui pourra accueillir un enfant ou un petit adulte supplémentaire.

La location de voiture est disponible à Montego Bay ou localement à Negril, mais les taxis locaux sont facilement disponibles si vous préférez ne pas conduire.

Peaceful Vacation Area

It was very quiet and peaceful. The only drawback is that there are not too many places to eat within walking distance. We did a find a little beach front eatery on Bloody Bay Beach located near the little local shops Donavan, the owner cooked us some excellent fish dishes. Highly recommended. Donovan even came to our unit and cooked us aches and salt fish. Would stay here again. The view of the water was very nice.

Getaway in Negril,Jamaica

A beautiful home with an ocean view that can’t be surpassed.We spent two glorious weeks in this lovely place.Marva was an amazing cook and Dennis was fun to be with and very accommodating .They planned my wife’s 71 st birthday and it was an absolutely perfect day.We would return and stay in this home in a heartbeat !

Loved it! Going back!

Amazing! Loved the private beach and pool. The sunsets were stunning. Was able to take a lovely walk through the mangroves to Bloody Bay beach where you can walk and eat fresh lobster with locals. Our teenage boys loved it! The snorkeling on private beach was beautiful. We saw a baby manaray, puffer fish and a barracuda. Due to the area being a Sanctuary the variety of fish and coral was spectacular. We are definitely going back!

Great getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay. The private beach and pool are very nice - don't think the pictures capture just how special this little bay is. We enjoyed it and spent most of our time there. There is a little walkway down to Bloody Bay that we discovered - after a walk through some water and trees, we were able to walk that beach as well. Short taxi drive away are 7 mile and some local attractions like Rick's. And as much as we enjoyed those trips, the real magic was this little neighborhood. If you are looking for relaxtion. Debbie and Donovan were great - very friendly. The place is nice and we really felt at home on our little cliff. I am hoping to return again one day.

Great rental

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is attractive and well kept, with modern bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the stunning ocean view from the rear deck. The staff and other guests within the gated community were pleasant and chill. The community is about a 10-minute drive from the 7-mile beach strip and there are no vendors within walking distance. We hired a driver for the week and that worked well for us. Although we spent most of our time at 7-mile beach and the west end, the community pool and small beach proved a quiet alternative. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return.

Great stay

My fiancé stayed at this beautiful home for our holiday and had a great time. Debbie was very attentive to our needs and super responsive when we reached out. The house its self is very clean and comfortable. The only thing is that maybe a few upgrades are needed. Nothing major, but little fixes need to be done regarding the door knobs and to the faucet handles in the bathroom. Also the pictures show a jacuzzi tub that over looks the water. There is in fact no soaking tub at all. That would be our only complaint. Overall we had a great stay.

Quiet getaway with friends

We were two couples travelling together and it was very comfortable for us all. The location is close enough to take a short taxi ride to seven mile beach for lunches and/or dinners, but it was wonderful to be able to get away from the action and relax on the private beach and by the pool. We found Donavan to be a very reliable and honest driver. Great idea to stop at the grocery store in Montego Bay on the way from the airport since the Negril store was not very well stocked when we were there. We were able to walk through a very accessible trail to Bloody Bay and to “Office of Nature” for drinks and fresh lobster lunch. Best advice for the trip: bring a good bug spray. After a rainfall the small mosquitos become very active! Overall had a great time at this townhome in Little Bay Country Club...thank you Debbie; your quick responses and follow ups were very much appreciated!

Great stay!

This townhouse fit our group of 3 ladies perfectly for our annual trip. We have stayed several times at an all inclusive on Bloody Bay. This year we decided to try something different and found this nice townhouse in Little Bay. The rental checked all of our boxes for space, comfort, cleanliness and an awesome view. There were only 3 of us on this trip, but 4 can easily be accommodated. The housekeeper took good care of us and prepared a few very tasty meals. She was very easy to work with. We can't say enough about our driver, Julian. He was always very professional and we look forward to working with him on our next visit. The community pool and beach were wonderful and never overcrowded. The entire Little Bay community is well taken care of and we always felt very safe. We enjoyed several visits to Bloody Bay, via the trail through the wooded area. We were able to shop and enjoy lobster on the beach. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

A great location brought low by an under maintained property

The property is located in a great community with a private beach however the house is in need of some investment. Whether it is an A/C unit that doesn’t cool down the room or both shower heads that clearly do not flow properly(hot water did not work either) it is clear this property has not had someone keeping a close eye on it. All of this doesn’t take into account the bugs that we had to deal with during the stay. The check-in process was lackluster and communication was less than ideal. Recently the guard service was changed so that may explain why we were constantly asked to prove we were guest but they did patrol the community regularly which was nice.

Hi Joshua Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you experienced some issues which I would gladly have addressed if you had reported. I have an AC engineer just down the road who I can call in but all AC units were serviced in August so should have been ok. The hot water is solar heated but there is also an electric water heater for back up, Donavan could have shown you if you had mentioned it. Anyway I hope you enjoyed your stay and apologies again. A beautiful home with all of the amenities! Safe, private, and quiet. Good for after day in town.

Four of us stayed for five nights. There was plenty of room! The kitchen has most of what you need. We had dinner in on two nights, after long days of adventure, and it worked great. We did not rent a car and the guards at the gate were happy to help get taxis to get us around Negril and various other locations. We are not the all-inclusive resort type of people and we enjoyed the independence of getting around ourselves and figuring it out. It is important to walk and explore in the areas where folks live and work. We felt perfectly safe all of the time. My only concern was simple - the house did not supply toilet paper and there was no indication that they wouldn't. From the airport, we had stopped in Montego Bay to grocery shop on our way to the house. We could have easily bought toilet paper. Not a big deal until you are without . . .

Great property but worn and broken furniture

The condo is very nice with a great view. However, the dining chairs were in sad shape, with the foam shredding off them. Some of the patio furniture was broken and some was sagging. The frying pans were non-stick but the non-stick coating had come off (the owner did arrange for one new non-stick frying pan to be delivered). The beds had no headboards. The 2nd bedroom AC was noisy and did not work well. The property manager was out of town and the regular housekeeper was ill. The owner was very accessible by email but could not do much from thousands of miles away. When we arrived the condo was filled with a fishy odor. Airing out the condo for hours did not help. We eventually discovered the inside of the oven had not been cleaned. The fishy odor went away after cleaning the oven and then airing the condo again. With some investment in new furniture, cookware, and a new 2nd bedroom AC, this could be a great condo.

Hi Bart, Thank you for your review, I apologise for the fish smell you encountered on arrival. This was a cleaning omission due to having to find a temporary cleaner at short notice as the housekeeper is unfortunately very ill in hospital with pneumonia. I have now appointed a longer term experienced housekeeper to cover who has been trained on the cleaning standards we expect. With regard to your other feedback which I was grateful to receive as I was unaware of the issues, I can now update that the following actions have been taken: - new dining chair coverings are in place, the leatherette covering was stripping due to wet towels or washing having been left on the chairs at some point. - another new new stainless steel frying pan has been purchased which is not non-stick. The blue pans, although coated with enamel, are not teflon and are safe to use. - two new sunbeds have been delivered to replace the damaged ones; the other patio furnitue is less than 12 months old and is not damaged. - the AC was fully serviced in December and the engineer has been back to check the second bedroom and has confirmed this unit is fully functioning. It is sometimes difficult to find the right settings if previous guests have changed these. The upstairs AC units are both new within the last 18 months. - we have no headboards as they do not fit in with the modern design and the low level bedroom windows. There are extra large cushions on the beds as well as pillows. The homes in LBCC are right on the sea and outdoor furniture does not last very long in the harsh conditions. We have had three new sets in four years, and have replaced all the AC units since the house was new in 2015. I can assure you that wear and tear is inevitable and all worn items are replaced; this is definitely not due to a lack of investment. The proprty manager's holiday was planned but it was unfortunate that my housekeeper was taken ill at the same time. I do hope your family enjoyed their stay in Jamaica, I do apologise for not being able to replace all the items during your stay but this was not possible in a short time given the location of our home. This two-story home north of Negril is clean, comfortable, and has well-functioning air conditioning. While the westward cliffside views are great, the best sunsets on the island are from the large, quiet community infinity pool, which is a five-minute walk away and overlooks a private beach. During our stay, the back porch light was broken and the washer was inoperable (awaiting replacement). One suggestion for management would be to provide garbage bags, as guests are required to haul trash to bins down the street.A rental car is a must for this location, and parking is available. While the house is quiet and secluded, the two main beaches are just a mile and three miles down the road, respectively. Overall, it is a solid, well-kept spot.

We got lucky

This townhouse has a breathtaking view. Just breathtaking. I would wake up early to spend some time with my coffee on the deck absorbing the view and the silence while my family was asleep. The place is perfect for a family of four. We cooked almost every night and then had drinks at the pool with newly made friends. The townhouse is tastefully decorated with Caribbean vibes and European comforts. Perfect place to go back to after a day full of activities. Thank you, Debbie, for having us.

Fantastic!

My husband and I and our three kids had a wonderful stay in Deborah’s house. It was absolutely perfect - a well stocked kitchen for cooking, an amazing deck for viewing the sunset and very comfortable beds. The pool and facilities at the Little Bay Country Club were brilliant. We didn’t want to leave and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property is just exquisite. It was a perfect oasis get away. It is right on the ocean and the beach is just a 5 minute walk. Our housekeeper unfortunately was sick during our stay but the owner communicated to us this change and was able to find someone else to help out during our stay.

We appreciated the view, Debbie, Donovan and Marva, and of course Jamaica! Guards were always friendly and helpful. Private community pool and beach were fantastic!!!! Had a bit of trouble getting hot water. Discovered that we just had to learn the faucet better. Bottom knob controls heat. Turn far left, push an almost invisible button and turn left some more. Voila!! Hot water. Lol. Just have to be smarter then it. Hired Belvin to take us around a bit. He was maybe not cheapest but definitely worth it. He took us to Black River and YS Falls. YS Falls were ABSOLUTELY FUN!!!! Plan to spend lots of time there. Beautiful and relaxing. Food there good and not expensive. Red Stripes were $3. Lots of juices also. Several mineral water pools there for all ages and swimming levels. Rope to jump from... Seven mile beach also great. Red stripe catamaran to Booby Cay Island snorkeling great. Lunch also fantastic. Of course jumped at Ricks Cafe. Always fun there. Food okay but that’s not why you go there.

Beautiful sea view getaway

We just came back from a week at Debbie's place and we were extremely satisfied. I rent apartments often on airbnb and vrbo, and it's rare to find such a gem. The unit has an amazing view, overlooking rocky cliffs with a full view of the ocean. It's a relatively new home, and was extremely clean upon arrival. There was a property manager named Donovan, who was very kind and in touch with us for all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying st this place. AfterWalking on the 7 mile beach, I really appreciated coming back to this serene gated community, away from the characters that tend to approach you constantly in negril. The pool was amazing and the snorkling itself made the stay worth it. I would definitely repeat without hesitation!

Best View in Negril!!

The property is a very clean very modern townhouse style home with an incredible view! It is furnished to a very high standard with all the amenities you would need. We were picked up from the airport by the very friendly House Manager who even took us to the grocery store and a fast food restaurant on the way to the property. This is the perfect place for a relaxing week in paradise in one of the best locations in Jamaica! The house was in a gated community so it was also very safe with security guards patrolling the perimeters with dogs. There was also a beautiful private beach and swimming pool in the development which was the perfect place to chill out in the sun. This property provided all the luxury, relaxation, fun and security anyone could ever need! Perfect vacation!

Negril March 2017

Lovely home with everything you need for a relaxed week or two away. Spacious dining and living area which opens onto a private balcony with stunning views (especially sunsets!) of the ocean. Great location too - only 10mins from Negril and close to many enjoyable restaurants and bars. Would definitely go back.

Amazing place, great host, will be returning!

Visited Summer 2016. Absolutely wonderful vacation home and lovely location. Apartment very clean and with all amenities. The views from the balconies are incredible. A short walk to the private pool/beach area which is lovely and quaint - the private beach is definitely the highlight. Many things to do in the vicinity also. We hired a private boat trip to visit Booby Cay Island where we ate lobster and snorkel. We visited Rick's Cafe for cliff diving and drinks in the early evening. The street food outside of the country club gates is amazing and well worth the visit. Overall, amazing place for a holiday and would 100% be visiting again.
