Worked greatFor us three couples while in Malibu for a wedding! We all had our own spaceAnd nice little common area. Loved the access to the beach. Parking not ideal, but we were forewarned. But we had two cars forThe three couples and only had one parking pass and one night we weren’t Even able to park one car in the lot. We did find spots on the highway.

The Villa was current (construction, decor, etc.), clean and lovely! Easy to check in, access, etc. Our late check out (1 hour) was easily accommodated. The ocean view/location was beautiful! We would stay again in a minute! Easy access to all things "Malibu" including Nobu. Was a really special visit! This was a trip 4 long time girlfriends celebrating some birthdays over a lovely weekend. We had a beautiful time and I'd highly recommend this location!

Another perfect stay

We love staying here because of the proximity to the beach! The rooms are immaculate and well stocked with essentials. The staff is so nice and accommodating.

Amazing vacation home, perfect for family style beach vacation

Loved staying here. We had 2 kids and a senior citizen with us.. Very model style accommodations and lots of comfort.. Lots of towels to ensure guests don't have to do laundry for towels. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has oil, salt, pepper and a few pans. Nespresso coffee machine and lots of coffee pods.. lovely balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs.. laundry was convenient on the ground floor in the communal area..staff and service was excellent..we will be back..

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The extra fridge and freezer space came in very handy. The location is perfect! The Malibu Pier (which I love!) with great restaurants is a 10 minute walk. Luxe Coffee and a place to buy some nice wines are also in walking distance. Zuma beach, (where we saw dolphins!) is a 20 minute drive. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a quiet complex, highly recommend! The host was very responsive to any questions about local activities and I was very impressed by the fact that we could even reach a person by phone. The couch was not a sofa bed, fortunately only my son needed to sleep there, but if there had been 8 of us there would not have been space for everyone to sleep. Absolutely loved our stay and loved Malibu!
