Welcome to a luxury experience in a quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by large, shady trees in a grassy lawn, the backyard deck is complete with hot tub, fire pit, grill, umbrella, and corn hole.

Massive home theater with surround sound and built-in wet bar and mini fridge in the basement. Garage includes a home gym and foosball table, and each of the four large bedrooms has its own TV and queen or king-sized memory foam bed. Home theater also has a queen bed.

Close to shopping center and town!

Four bedrooms are included with this listing, as well as five beds and a couch. All bedrooms have desks as well!

The master has a king memory foam bed, private bathroom with large tub and double vanity, and large 55" flatscreen TV. The master is a very large room with vaulted ceilings, and has a partially obstructed view of the surrounding mountain range.

Junior master suite in the basement also has its own bathroom with a shower, queen bed in lovely mahogany frame, and large 55" flatscreen TV. The laundry room is located in the junior master suite.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share a full bathroom with tub. Each of those bedrooms include a queen memory foam bed and flatscreen TV.

The home theater couch pulls out to become a queen-sized bed, and has a comfortable memory foam topper available. There is also a couch in the living for a total of 5 large beds and one couch.

The kitchen and living room are fully remodeled, with gorgeous granite countertops and hardwood floor throughout. The living room has a high vaulted ceiling and features a massive 70" flatscreen TV. There is an additional half bathroom located on this level, for a total of 4 bathrooms.

Fully fenced-in yard with grass, mature trees, deck, complete with firepit, outdoor seating and lighting, propane grill, and hot tub! Great space for entertaining (no parties, please).

Garage contains home gym and foosball table, and parking for one car.

In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call until I pick up. If the matter is non-urgent, I can usually give a quicker response via the Airbnb messaging app.

17 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs, 29 minutes to Manitou Springs, 28 minutes to Garden of the Gods, 11 minutes to Peterson Air Force Base, 23 minutes to Air Force Academy, and conveniently located just off the entire Powers corridor.

A mere 5 minutes to First & Main Town Center Shopping Center. The Shopping Center features an Imax Theater and range of upscale dining and shopping options, including Tucanos Brazilian Grill, Rock Bottom Brewery, Pho Grill, AI Sushi, and more.

We had an amazing stay this weekend! The place was very nice, spotless clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were awesome! We especially loved the theater room and hot tub. There was plenty of space to relax, and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent, he answered quickly and was on top of our every need, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all around!

Great centrally located property with tons of space

We had a nice stay during out visit to Colorado Springs. The house was spacious, with a lot of outdoor room, many amenities and communication with the owner was top notch. We had a small problem with a door lock while we were there (our fault) and the owner came right over to help us. I would recommend this space for anyone with a large group of people who want to be able to spread out and enjoy their time in COS.

Great property!

Although this property was further away from where we spent most of our time (Broadmoor World Arena) we really appreciated the quiet, safe surrounding neighborhood. The house was perfect for our needs, allowing everyone in our group a private area for sleeping etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and the bonus fridge in the garage. Enough room for everyone to sit around the table and prepare meals.Costco and Safeway, as well as gas stations and other shopping within 2 miles away. Bathrooms were clean and upstairs beds were very comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan and AC.

The house was very clean. However when we got there the carbon monoxide detector was going off, the house was 77 degrees and the yard was a mess. The weeds were very tall and the bushes by the door were so overgrown you would get hit with them trying to get to the front door. The owner did come put in a new carbon monoxide detector and the house finally cooled down after we turned down the thermostat and closed all the curtains. We couldn’t log into the WiFi because they gave us the wrong password to begin with and then the mowers came to mow the yard at 8:00 the next morning so it woke of some of the people up and some that were enjoying sitting outside with their coffee had to come in. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but we won’t be returning.

Thank you for your feedback. For context, we had highs between 90-93 degrees F during your stay and are happy that the AC is functioning despite those extreme temperatures. The WiFi password has been updated and the bushes been trimmed back. Thanks again!

Nothing works

The House was nice. But nothing worked! 2 coffee pots neither worked got stuck outside because didn't get a code till late then the wrong code. Lights on deck broken glass on ground wouldn't work. Stairs on deck very dangerous not proper highth and not lit at night to and from hot tub. Fire pit didn't work. No gas for pit or grill! Could name many more! If all these things would get fixed it would be nice but I was so frustrated 😠 everytime i tried something it was broken!!!

As always, please notify your host of any inadequacy as soon as you discover them, so as to give us an opportunity to respond quickly and resolve the issue. I remember the notification about the coffee pot. I believe I asked you to send me a receipt so I could reimburse you, but it was never delivered. This is the first I am hearing about the fire pit. Perhaps you missed my note in the check-in instructions directing you to call me for detailed instructions on how to light it, as it is a bit tricky? Had you told me the propane tanks were empty, I would have gladly refilled them for you. The stairs on the deck are better defined as steps. Calling them very dangerous is no small overstatment, as can be pretty easily deduced from the pictures. We are committed to earning a 5-star review by providing a 5-star experience to our guests, but only if we are notified promptly of any and all issues.

Bumpy start but turned out great!

Basement bedroom flooded just before our trip and a restoration team needed another day to finish, we were glad for the heads up and that they didn't change/cancel our trip. We arrived to find no cleaning had been done after previous guests. Stefan (the property manager) got right on it, but it was a holiday Sunday. After a long wait we started cleaning it ourselves and were just finishing when cleaners arrived (had them re-do the bathrooms). There was a mix-up because of the basement restoration. All propane bottles empty, broken shower head that we fixed, hot tub cold and gross. We were offered a new property but we didn’t want to move after unpacking and cleaning. They refunded our cleaning fee, should have got the 1st night free also. A bummer start for our vacation! Next morning, no handles on frying pans, so hard to cook bacon! Stefan brought us 2 big new pans, filled the propane and got a hot tub guy to come. The restoration team finished at dinner time and we got the bedroom back. Stefan was a great host, good communication and quick to respond to our problems. The house was perfect for our needs and in a great location (in a neighborhood, close to tourist stuff). We enjoyed all the house had to offer. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. I would have liked a couple large bowls, bigger garbage bags to fit the kitchen can, and some kitchen towels/dish clothes. Other than our bumpy start, we had a wonderful stay at this location and would stay here again!

I am pleased to announce that we have installed a window well sump pump to avoid any future flooding. The state of Colorado, to include us and our property, were simply not prepared for the monsoon-like rain we experienced this summer! As always, your feedback is much appreciated and I have purchased the following items based on your suggestions: -Two non-metal spatula turners -Two large mixing bowls -Larger, kitchen-sized trash bags - Four kitchen, dish towels Looking forward to your next stay!

Beautiful home with a lot of attention to detail!

Highly recommend this home. We had some family and friends stay here while on vacation, and we absolutely loved the backyard! The trees made the hot tub and patio such a nice spot to hang out. The rest of the house was put together very well. Kids loved the theater. Neighborhood was very private and safe. Would stay here again!

Beautiful vacation home with great amenities!

Highly recommend this house! The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was so welcome after a long day. The hot tub is in the yard, and we spent a lot of time outside as the patio and trees make it such a gorgeous place to relax. My son's favorite area was the home theater, which is enormous! Stefan checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us some recommendations for places to visit while we were in town. Great host, and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Will stay here again!

Great Property

We had a large group of three families; kids aging from only a couple of years old to pre-teen. We all had an absolute blast. The hot tub and movie room where probably the two favorites of the group. The house was clean, modern, and perfect for our crew. The host was easy to communicate with and very informative as this was our first Vrbo rental experience. Located close to all the areas we wanted to explore. Would highly recommend!

Home is remodeled with granite and marble throughout the kitchens and bathrooms. Upper and main floors have hardwood flooring, with the main floor having a gorgeous discontinued panel type. Living room has rare, 2 story vaulted ceiling, and master bedroom has its own vaulted ceiling! These touches maximize the oversize feeling of the home!

Two incredible entertaining spaces IN ADDITION to the living room/dining room. The backyard has huge trees providing shade and privacy, while the backyard deck has every amenity, from a grill and firepit to a hot tub and corn hole. The basement home theater has been put together with care, with surround sound, a wet bar and additional fridge.
