Great location

The communication process with the property manager was clear and timely. The location was great for us because it provided easy access to beaches and to Stateline.We did most breakfasts and dinners in and the kitchen was more than adequate for all our family cooking.

Modern Tahoe stay

Terrific space, new and modern, that comfortably sleeps 7. Hot tub works great. Lots of kitchen amenities (we cooked). Would stay again. Several stores and restaurants are walking distance.

Customer support was great. Clean and new construction, but it was poor construction and felt cheap. Very busy road with lots of loud traffic all day and night. Hot tub was not hot enough. Decent location but can’t walk anywhere easily and probably would not stay again.

Let's start with the positives. This is a new property and it is modern and immaculately clean. The floor plan is great, especially the kitchen which we used regulary. We had 6 adults and the arrangement was very comfortable. The garage even fit the ginormous Ford Expedition we had rented.Now the "negatives" are subjective. What is "too noisy" and "too hot" will vary. But for us, it was too noisy. Unit F is just feet from a main road and the road noise all day and night was bothersome. Earplugs at night helped, but if you aren't used to road noise, I think you'll be annoyed. The climate control complaint comes from the master bedroom, which is very large but has only one air register and no return air vent (!). As a result, it was much hotter in that room (this was August). To make it work, we either had to open the door to allow airflow which was bad for privacy, or we had to crank the air which froze those in the other rooms and also turned the bathroom into an icebox. Opening a window was not an option because of the road noise. Again, these are subjective things and might not be a problem at all for you.
