This two bedroom condo is located in the heart of Old Town Key West, just steps away from the world famous Duval Street's shops, bars and restaurants! With off-street parking and just one block from Duval, this property has everything you need and more.



The Space:

This quaint two bedroom condominium has two queen beds and one queen sofa bed allowing for a maximum occupancy of six.



With this rental you will find a a private covered porch, private off-street parking space, central A/C, and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you may need during your stay!



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Whitehead St which is one block from world famous Duval St, "Sea Breeze" is walking distance to nearly everything you will want to experience during your escape to Key West. Walk to popular spots like The Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Blue Heaven, Firefly, Green Parrot and the Earnest Hemingway Home which are all just right down the street. Want to hit the beach? Head down to Ft Zach State Park & Beach and enjoy the crystal clear waters and beautiful quiet beaches for a small admission fee.

The parking was awesome for this area. Being one block off Duval made it so convenient to walk everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean.

Great, quiet place right in the middle of where you want to be in Key West. You can tell the place was recently upgraded. If you want to be near Duval Street, (you can literally see Duval from the porch if you lean out) but not have to hear the mayhem when you’re relaxing or sleeping, this is a great place for you. Check in and check out we’re a breeze as well. Overall, a great little Key West bungalow that will accommodate you and your group well. Walking distance to where you want to be. Best of all, a clean, quiet place to relax.

Great Key West location

Our family of 6 including 4 teens stayed during Christmas break. The location was ideal - within walking distance from Duval and other areas while being far enough away to avoid a lot of noise. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including washer/dryer. Some street noise could be heard in 1 bedroom but overall not an issue. We would certainly stay again.

Worked out great for us

Having never been to this area we knew we wanted to be close to Duvall. This was only a block away! The location was perfect to walk to southern most point as well. We walked down to Mallory square each night as well but be aware that that is a bit of a walk. There is a Circle K right at Duvall which was convenient. The room was so comfortable and a nice reprieve from the hot humid days. We rented and used a car each day to go exploring the surrounding areas and the parking spot was really nice. There is also a spot for bikes or scooter. Communication leading up to and during our stay was great. We didn’t have any issues with the property and were happy to have chose if.

Even better than expected!

Communication with management company was always prompt and so helpful. Location to everything could not have been better and the cleanliness and property itself was great! Would definitely stay again!

Rather poor quality amenities at an very expensive price.Staff was great but our situation would have been better served at one of the local hotels. Live and learn.Gotta run, gotta put in some overtime to pay this bill! Chao

Perfect spot for a few days of fun.

Perfect property for 4 people for a few days. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Had complimentary soap and shampoo. Code did not work to get into house on arrival, but management answered phone right away and got us in with 5 minutes.Nice large living room and parking spot is a great bonus. Only downfall would be lack of outdoor living space if you are looking for that.

Excellent location -you really can’t do better. Management company is excellent and readily available. Linens and kitchen equipment all plentiful. We had a problem with the refrigerator and it was promptly dealt with. Would def stay here again.

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

Great location to all the activities on Duval street but still a quiet area. We chose this place largely for the parking spot, which we were thankful for, as we didn't need our car the whole stay. Kitchen has anything you need, a comfortable apartment overall. Would recommend for your stay in Key West.

Good Times!

The property is located very close to restaurants and stores on Duval Street. I had an injury and couldn't walk to Mallory Square but we got an Uber a couple of times and they picked us up within two minutes. The fare was very reasonable. Cheaper than parking in the public parking lots. I would stay here again.

Short break

Great location. 6 adults. 2 bedrooms, sofa bed. Fine for 2 night stay. Clean. Only 4 coffee cups, but otherwise well stocked with towels etc. Parking a plus. We never had to take the car out and managed to hit all the highlights of key west in the short time there.

Great place to stay in Key West

We were here for a few days during a spring break trip to the Florida Keys, and this was a great location. The place is well-located near the lower end of Duval - easy walking distance from a lot of the sights we wanted to see (and quieter, which was a plus since it was a family trip). Great to have a parking spot on-site, the checkin process was easy, and the property was clean and a good space for our group. The property managers were responsive when we had questions, and it was a great stay.
