Nestled between Culburra Beach and Curleys Bay, just a two-minute stroll from either, Palms will be the port of call for your family throughout your stay. Whether you’re looking for fun, adventure or relaxation, Palms will provide everything you could need.

With room for up to six and a fully-fenced backyard, this bright, spacious beach house welcomes families and their pets to spread out. Relax on the wrap-around balcony with a glass of wine and a book, kick back on the couch under the air conditioning and enjoy Netflix, listen to some tunes or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game.

Explore the most beautiful locale in Australia and sink your toes into the golden sands of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches where you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under blue skies in crystal clear waters with the kids and four-legged friends tiring themselves out in the waves. Go further afield and soak in the picture perfect views off Penguin Head Lookout, explore the local shops, or hop in the car to head down to Jervis Bay just fifteen minutes away.

At night, eat out at a local restaurant, or enjoy dinner cooked on the BBQ at the gorgeous natural wood outdoor dining table and take in the stars, then settle in for the night in comfort before waking up to a complimentary espresso coffee at the breakfast bar to do it all over again. Every day will be a dream at Palms, and we invite you to begin your next holiday here, making memories that will shine bright for years to come.

- Bedroom 2 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property air conditioning in the main living area and dining area.

The property was as advertised, clean,tidy with comfy beds! A great little beach shack for a small family. Easy walk and access to Culburra Breach which is dog friendly at certain times ofthe day. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog. A great size yard for dogs. Will definitely look at booking in the future. Thanks so much for having us

Closeness to beach was a big plus. House was clean albeit a bit of problem getting in .. too many keys to check (one broke). Beds were great and comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful sea view

It’s a great holiday experience with a beautiful sea view, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I hope the kitchen bin is replaced with a foot-operated one, and that the bed sheets are changed for each guest. That would make it even better for a professional holiday home.

My son and I love to fish - from the wharf , in the surf - this was a perfect location to do both and our very active vizsla had a great time on the dog friendly beach. The little schnapper was an unexpected gem for sunday lunch So great location, great house set up, great yard

Restful break

Enjoyed the restful atmosphere of this quiet South Coast town for a quick working holiday. Culburra beach was a quick walk up the street where we saw a spotted sea lion resting on the shore. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The cottage is tastefully decorated in a beach theme and very comfortable with a relaxing vibe. Slight disappointment that the tropical backyard garden mentioned in comments has been developed into a duplex. Overall a great spot to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend away from hectic Sydney life.

Very quiet, close to beaches ⛱

The house is well equipped and lovin the decor. Wish we had more towels for the kids(only 2 provided) and no heater. It was freezing! Nothing major though, we loved our stay as it was easily accessible. Walking distance to the beach and our furbabies loved it toođŸ„°

Free to Air TV didn't work properly. We were told by TV guy that the property requires a new antenna. It was a pain particularly during wet weather which we struck.

Impressed! Would stay again.

Really great location, just down the road from the beach. The property looks much better in person too which is a bonus! We were very impressed with the interior as well as the awesome backyard. The fencing is really great if you have pets. My only concern would be the “fairy garden” part of the back yard. There are a couple of ponds and lots of trees/bushes and for our doggies (that like to get dirty) it meant we had to watch them and couldn’t leave them alone. Not a fault of the property though! It’s a gorgeous feature which makes it special. Shops are nearby with lovely cafes! Would recommend Benny’s. My only complaint would be that the couch needs replacing. We found a little bit of an infestation of bugs but quickly fixed it with the bug spray already in the cupboard. We would absolutely stay again!

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
