Please note that there is an adult max of 4 at all times at this property. Additional guests, up to the max of 6, must be children. Please note there is only enough parking space for one vehicle. All guests should take care when using the internal stairs as they are steep and although they have a handrail, they do not have balustrades to prevent falls. Adults should closely supervise young children to ensure that they do not climb on or around the stairs. As the mezzanine wall on 1st floor is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care on and around this area and young children should be closely supervised by an adult due to the potential fall risk. As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take extra care and adults should closely supervise young children to ensure that they do not climb on or around the horizontal balustrades due to potential fall risks.
