The space
This contemporary beach house cleverly splits its main living area and bedrooms into separate wings, linking them with an artfully-crafted, covered outdoor living space, ideal for relaxing and providing relief from the direct summer sun or sheltered Al Fresco dining, gas BBQ new in 2020. This central deck can also be closed off from the entrance courtyard with a one-of-a-kind sliding screen.

The main living area is open plan with rich timber features and fittings and includes a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, vanity and free-form wet area shower. Extensive north facing windows open onto a large front deck offering elevated vistas of Doubtless Bay and the surrounding coastline. Books, games, puzzles, sports equipment and children’s toys will also provide a break from the view! Bring your own Nespresso pods and portable speaker and settle in to enjoy the relaxing holiday you deserve.

The bedroom wing offers two generous bedrooms. The master (with en suite) has sea views and access to the deck. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, berths for 2. Freshly laundered bedroom and bathroom fine linen is included in your tariff. For those with an infant, there is a Porticot and a high-chair in the cupboard. (Please bring suitable bedding for the cot.)

Situated between Coopers Beach and Cable Bay at the end of a quiet no exit lane, you are ideally located only a pleasant walk away from Coopers Beach, Cable Bay, Chuck’s Cove and Taumarumaru Reserve. A large number of the Far North’s finest white sand beaches are nearby and Mangonui village and Taipa are only a 5-minute drive away.
