Second year in a row that we have stayed here for a guys golf trip. Overall it was great. Like any rental there are things that have seen better days but everything that mattered to us worked. Ice maker’s and refrigerators. Would stay here again.

A little underwhelmed

Traffic was a nightmare. The keycodes did not work. We had to trouble shoot multiple times with an agent. We paid for pool heat for 5 days, but only effectively got 3. Then, the spa did not work appropriately. We called and discussed this repeatedly, but with no results.

A Great Space for Large Groups

This home was a last minute booking because the house we previously reserved was hit by lightning the solar before our arrival. Jeeves went above and beyond to get us into the home in such a short notice. Our group truly appreciated the efforts of the management company. The home overall is nice. Just minor updates will benefit the home. The first king bedroom on the 1st floor does not have it’s own bathroom. The bathroom is located on the outside of the room. There were wasp nests around the home. We contacted the management office and they took care of it right away. The house is perfect for a large group and close to the grocery store, Walmart and restaurants.

This home is beautiful. The rooms are a good size and the variety of room configurations is perfect for families of all ages. Obviously, with the amount of traffic that comes through the house there will be a little wear and tear but it was nothing crazy. The house was clean. The pool was perfect for the kids because it only goes to like 5ft. The 13th bathroom is located outside near the pool with no access to the house and I actually loved that detail. However, this house doesn’t have ceiling fans in the bedrooms so I imagine that if this stay wasn’t in the middle of summer it would’ve been more cozy and comfortable. My suggestion would be to bring a fan if you choose this home in the summer. After you choose this home there’s a separate agreement that must be signed as well that you get after booking. Other than that this is a great home. The Jeeves group is fantastic. They were responsive and easily one of the best management groups in the Kissimmee area! I hated bothering them but needed to in order to ensure the best possible experience for my family and to make sure that I followed the guidelines in the agreement. They were attentive and I now believe if you book and make them aware of an issue then they will take the time to try and resolve. I would absolutely recommend this home and this management group.

Overall great location with lots of space!

Overall, this property worked out great. We were super close to the Disney Parks and the amenities worked out perfectly (waterpark and pool). Couple of tips: if you're driving, bring your own fans for the bedrooms and toiletries. The house was stocked with a "starter set" including a small bottle of dish soap, one dishwasher pod, one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, etc. We did go shopping for more and wasn't a big deal but would have brought ours from home. The air did eventually get colder. However, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. If you like air circulation while sleeping, you should bring a fan. Again, went and bought some at WalMart but just a tip. We all had our own bathrooms and space which was wonderful. The kids had a blast in the pool and the outdoor patio was great. We enjoyed the game room. The wifi was spotty so didn't use the tv's much... Thank you!!

Guys Golf Trip Review

This booking was last min as a property with another company was pulled away 2 days before the trip. Booking and check in was great. Overall the house was in good shape. As typical with rentals like this one that we have found over the years is there are always things that dont work as they should. What stands out is how the company responds. First night there 2/7 we noticed the TV in the living room wasn't working. I called and was told the previous renters broke it and it would be replaced on 2/12 our last day. Well that didn't work as we were the for a golf trip over Super Bowl weekend and not having a TV in the main room would not work. I had to push to get a better solution then 6 day to get the tv fixed, but in the end they got another TV from the game room that wouldn't be used, and installed it in the living room. The one freezer door would not shut all the way and both freezers would only make a few batches of ice per day. Ice had to be bought by the bag. The pool guy came to clean the pool on day 3 and turned off the heat we had paid for. Again it was 2-3 calls to get someone there about 2-3 hours later to turn it back on. They responded ok but you had to push to get something done because the first answer was always the answer that made the job of the person who was answering the phone easy. Overall this was one of the better houses we have had. We will look to do business with these company again.

Very disappointed

This house looked like it was going to be amazing, but oh did it disappoint. This house was filthy! The carpets were stained beyond belief. We had to vacuum upon arrival because there was so much dirt and chunks of things on the floor it was terrible. We also found a half drank water bottle and a knife in a kids bed! We did report this immediately and they didn't seem phased by it at all. The pool table legs were broken off so if you went to lean on it it would fall over which was very dangerous. The cord to the projector in the theater room was completely stripped. We complained multiple times and it never got fixed so we weren't able to use that at all while we were there. The TV in the sitting room upstairs was also broken. There was a Wasp nest when we first arrived but that was taken care of right away, thankfully! This house could've had so much potential it was just a bit of a let down that it was such a disaster. It was big enough to fit our whole party which was great and we still had fun all being together it was just sad that we weren't able to use a lot of the amenities that you pay for and look forward to when booking a house.

Not clean and loud neighborhood

The house was large enough to for our big group. Unfortunately the house was not very clean. There were clumps of hair in the bathroom and pool, dirty walls, and dirty dishes. The 10 pm noise ordinance is not enforced as we had multiple homes around us up late playing music and talking loudly outside. I was told by security they can’t control people in their pools at night. We were here for a work conference so it was a very exhausting few days.

Family Gathering

The home was beautiful and spacious perfect for big family gathering with pool was def a plus. Jeeves was great with answering any concerns I have prior to my arrival via email or by phone. The check in process was easy. With Florida weather it is very important the AC and it was! AC keep us cool throughout the whole house. And you would think with the place that big the wifi speed would lag nope was not slow at all. The bed and comforter was super cozy. Pretty bum we have to leave so soon. But we can’t wait to come back again.

The House was clean , it was great , we had a nice time , the movie room is very nice , the kids had a great time in the pool , the check in was very respectful & the club house water park was fun and amazing I highly recommend you stay here !!
