Self contained accom near lake; pool, spa, deck + bbq

Self contained unit with own entry ( 4 adults maximum) with large light lounge and kitchenette (cooking facilities but no stovetop) with fridge/freezer.

2 large bedrooms, bathroom with full size bath and walk-in shower. 2 separate powder rooms. 2nd bedroom configuration can be 1 king OR 2 single beds - please advise the owner your preference.

Pool, spa, deck & BBQ may be accessed by owner whilst not in use by guests but rarely. Shared access to laundry (owner use).

200 metres to waterfront at Chinamans Island with walking track along foreshore, east to town or west to Black Bull Golf Club and Sebel resort.

Convenient courtesy bus to Yarrawonga and Mulwala Golf Club, Club Mulwala and Ski Club available.

Owner lives on property and will respect your privacy.

Comfortable, clean and well located.

The property was well presented with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. It was close to walking tracks and the hosts were friendly, available if we needed them, but not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again if travelling to Yarrawonga.

Great short stay option

Very clean and modern accommodation. Perfect for a couple or small family. The kitchen is very basic so would suit a short stay more where u don’t plan on cooking. Great access to the lake. We had a boat and storage and access to the lake were fantastic

Amazing house and location!

We had the perfect stay, the property was in such a great location to everything and only a short drive away to the town Center or 30 minute walk around the lake. The accomodation itself had everything you could possibly need for a short trip. Jane and Tony were easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations locally. Loved our stay!!

Golf trip for 4 in a family.

A fantastic location for a golf holiday. The house, whilst being shared with owners, was very spacious and comfortable. The pool, spa and deck area were excellent. The kitchenette is minimal but we managed with the use of the two bbq’s. Overall a ver good place to stay. Tony was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Lovely little place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The only negative is that with the owners living behind you and the pool being visible to both residences, you have no privacy.

Wonderful accommodation and hospitality

I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was perfect for us and our 2 children. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the pool. Tony was very hospitable, even cutting some fresh peaches from the tree! Thank you!

The outdoor / pool area should have spotless and tidy. I thought the cooking amenities were poor - no cook top - only electric fry pan & oven and micro wave. I was pleased there was a bbq.
