West residences provide the perfect base to explore all the beautiful Gippsland region has to offer.

Units are fully self-contained and include kitchen, laundry, living and bathroom facilities. Bedding includes 2 queen and 2 single rooms catering up to 6 guests. Multiple units may be available for larger group stays.

Pet friendly units are also now available, with secure backyard. Please advise if you intend on bringing your pet. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and providing any bedding or accessories required.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed during the Easter term break. This house was pet friendly but we didn't bring our dog in the end. It has a carport and gates so the car (and dog) are secure. The beds were comfortable and the lounge/dining felt spacious enough. We had sports gear to air out so that was important. The washer and dryer work well and there's a clothes horse. We are a family of 5, I'm not sure it would be comfortable for 6ppl. The owners were very responsive when I had questions and check in/out was easy. This is our 2nd stay at one of these properties and we will stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had 2 adults and 2 kids stayed here and there were plenty of room. The place was dated but it was clean and it had most things you need. Theres a big enough yard for your dogs too. The checkin was confusing as keys were not in lock box and I had to wait around for abit but I believe this wasn't intentional. Also we couldn't pick up the WiFi so not sure what happened, but again not a big deal for us.

A nice, clean, roomy unit with a great yard for the dog. Great location, with lovely walking tracks. The only issue we had was with the written instructions where it said turn left into Mary Grant Bruce Dve, but we needed to turn right.An enjoyable stay

Great location & good sized

Good sized accommodation. There was 5 of us staying (3 kids) & a dog, the enclosed yard was good for both and the carport was a nice touch. Was hard to find the building to get the keys, and then the unit itself, but we got there in the end. Some user instructions about heaters would be handy... and a heater in the bathroom so it's not freezing when you get out of the shower. Great location for my work purposes. Everything was provided, would stay here again if travelling with family.

Excellent help from staff both from security maintenance and cleaning team super helpful and fast .

Good garden which was fenced in for dog . Plenty of space . Very Helpful support staff: maintenance, security and cleaners. Late night check was made easy by one of the security team . All gadgets and equipment you need apart from dish washer. Good laundry facilities . Clean bed linen . Only downer was Poor wifi both help and access long wait time and no wifi during stay

Good Short stay

It was good option for pet friendly accommodation. Fenced backyard and spacious living area. However, toilet and bathroom was common for all bedrooms. At least toilet and bathroom should have been separated by door.

Spacious, comfortable and great value!

This was a working trip for us. Great to stay on the beautiful grounds of Federation Uni! Having an entire spacious house was a real treat ! Well equipped and had everything we needed. Only negative is the back yard grass was overgrown, however the rose garden was magnificent! Would definitely stay again.

Family get together

Was perfectly located so as we could attend our daughter's graduation. We had my 80 yr old mum and it meant she had her privacy. If we do a Gippsland get away certainly will be using Fed Living buildings again.
