Kid Friendly-Pet Friendly, Sunny Family Cabin and just a short walk to June and Gull Lakes.

Check this out! Sunny & fun, kid and pet-friendly, this cabin has a large southern exposed deck located in the village area of June Lake.  Just a short walk to June and Gull Lakes, restaurants, and stores. This sweet cabin boasts four bedrooms with 2 full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen  TV, perfect to watch a movie or a sporting event.  The living area and kitchen are open-concept and spacious. You can take your catch of the day and grill it on the gas BBQ and catch the view of Carson Peak.  This cabin has all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable.  Some of the amenities included are a Pack N Play for the young ones, dog bowls for your pup.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large sunny deck with a gas grill and table and chairs. Beautiful views too!

We meet our guests at check-in and are available by phone to help answer questions about the property and the area.

This is a quiet neighborhood and it is best in the winter to have a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle, as it is a dirt road.

You can get around June Lake in your own car or bicycle. No public transportation is available.

We had an absolutely amazing time in this cabin. It was equipped with everything we needed (including enough steak knives for everyone!) We cooked almost all our meals in the house and were able to find every tool we could have wanted! The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets for the chilly nights. Check-in was easy, and the instructions for clean-up and check out were a breeze Only warning would be that the water heater tank seemed a little small and we ended up with a few people taking cold showers due to poor timing :)

The location was excellent and exactly where we were looking. We had someone in a wheelchair and neither bathroom was accessible at all. I had asked about it and was told the upstairs bathroom was bigger but it wasn't. He made it work. The location was excellent and really quiet.

Great spot in June Lake

The cabin is clean, cozy (but big enough for all 8 of us) and in a great location. Parking is a plus and the large deck around the cabin is great. Can't beat the location. Would love to come back!

The patio was large and very comfortable to bbq and hang out. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cabin is in a great location for hikes around June Lake and in Mammoth and near Mono Lake. Location is perfect for dropping by June Lake Brewery and Epic Cafe.

Fun in-town location:)

This was one of many different cabins we have rented over the years. Loved walking to the brewery and down to the lake. Super accommodating bedrooms and baths worked well for the group.

There was pet hair everywhere on the furniture and most of the trash had not been emptied from the house. We also had to rewash several of the dishes. The bathtub in the lower bathroom was very slippery
it could use a rubber bath mat for safety. On the website maybe explain what size beds are on the upper and lower floors. It made a difference where some of us could sleep because of the steep stairs.

Fantastic Cabin

This cabin far exceeded our expectations in the best of ways! It was very clean! It was also a great surprise that there was a toddler bed on site. We had everything we needed and the location was great. We will definitely be coming back!

October beauty

We booked this house because it could easily host our family. June Lake area is beautiful, and you got a great view from the large deck. Everything is within walking distance. Our adventure lovers took great hikes. If we go to June Lake again, we will book again. The property manager were very helpful.

Very Clean + Amazing Communication

The property was great. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed! The most impressive thing about our stay by far was the communication and helpfulness we received from the property managers. Before and during our stay they helped us stay updated with road conditions and were very flexible regarding when we could arrive. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our vacation!

Post-Fathers Day Fishing Trip

This time of the year is just amazing in the June Lake Loop. The house was great, the bedrooms are big, although the mattresses need updating. All appliances worked well. The kitchen is well stocked , the bathrooms are clean , if it was colder we would have loved to lite a fire. The deck outside needs new paint. So comfortable, Central to everything we did. Love It!

Hidden Meadows at June Lake Village

This property has a great location in June Lake Village within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants as well as Gull and June Lakes. Like most of the Village this is an older home but it did have an updated kitchen and partially updated bathrooms. The dining and living areas are “cozy” so I think 6 adults is about max unless you are planning on spending most of your time out on the deck. There is parking for 3 vehicles which is nice since parking in the Village is always tight. The house was clean and check in and out were easy.

MICE IN HOMEThere were two mice in the home, when I called the host at about 9pm she said “There are a lot of mice in the eastern sierras this year, what am I supposed to do about it!” She hung up rather abruptly as well.She did message the next day asking if they could set traps but with a young, active toddler and dog that was not an option for us.The downstairs bathroom had the terrible smell of a dead mouse/other small animal but no carcass was found so probably in the wall. Other than the smell, the bathroom was clean and towels and soap were provided.The upstairs bathroom was smell free. It too was clean and amenities provided.The home is in a nice location between June and Gull Lakes and the downtown area.Pots, pans, dishes, etc. are provided. The grill had a full tank of propane.The couch can accommodate about 4 adults. Everyone else will need to sit at the kitchen table.Clothes washer and dryer are provided (in the kitchen area) but it is quite noisy so best to get washing done while you are out.If not for the mice and host response I would book again.

Great Family Spot

The location was amazing and the cabin was very comfortable. We were traveling with two toddlers and a dog and we’re so happy to find little things like dishes for the kids and a water bowl for our pup. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and well stocked. We spent the weekend with adult kids and grandkids. Lots of games for the kids and tvs in every room. We will definitely return and recommend.
