This quaint Two Bedroom Unit is for the budget conscious group who needs a

minimum of space, but still wants to be right on the Beach. And yes, we are

pet friendly (with a small one-time fee).



You must walk up a full flight of stairs to get there. (please see the

pictures) The Beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach is just out your door and down

the steps!



You must love angled ceilings and antique fixtures to really enjoy our little

Rooftop Delight. It is Rustic and an occasion draft can be felt as the Bay

winds blow through the older windows that show a little age!



This unit does have a second bedroom with a twin bed that is colorful and

cozy!! Definitely a unique little place for the kids, as it does not have a

door, but a curtain for a bit of privacy!



The Shower/Bath is another unique angled space that could prove difficult if

you are very tall.



All linens are provided, the furniture is Cozy and Comfortable. The unit is

colorfully painted, decorated beautifully (In our humble opinion) - We hope

you will Love it!



We have high speed WiFi and a large Smart TV for your Netflix Binges and

plenty of off street parking.



Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is

now over 112 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building

standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its

charm as an older beach cottage. Our bathroom is not as large as modern built,

but even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.



This is a unique unit that was carved out of the attic of our 100 year old

Rustic Beach Cottage. It will be a cozy stay - Romantic for the two of you and

very cozy if more!



Enjoy the Rustic Nature of this older apartment knowing that the beach is

right around the corner. This house sits just behind the dunes - almost on the

Beach!



We do understand that this unit is not for everyone. We are proud to offer a

beach front apartment, but understand that is is a bit older and unusual with

it's angled shower ceiling and smaller second bedroom. We are constantly

updating and improving our units and this one is no exception. The windows

are older and are a bit difficult to open/close; bathroom is dated with

original appliances; galley kitchen is narrow; two flights of stairs to get

in. We do price our units below the average for a Beach Front unit due to

these issues, but please if you need a modern, perfectly conditioned, Taj-

Majal, then this one may not be for you. We try very hard to provide a clean

and comfortable unit from which you can enjoy the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
