Perfect ski in/out location for families

This is the prime location on Silver star hill for families! Walk out the back door to the top of the Silver Queen lift. From this location you can easily get first tracks on the best runs. The ski locker sits conveniently on the back deck and is opened with the same key that opens the suite. Come back after an epic morning of skiing and take the kids on the easier Silver Queen hill where you have beginner skiing, tube town and the skating pond. It doesn't get any better than this for a family vacation.

You can easily pop into the suite for some hot chocolate or lunch and then continue with your ski day.

The village is easy walking distance for some shopping and dining. Or hop on the resort shuttle that comes by the end of the driveway if you don't feel like walking.

Relax in the sauna or hot tub at the end of a fun filled day. Note that the hot tub is shared with the lower suite "The Bear's Den" which can be rented as well for added space.

Hot tub does not run in the summer, but can be opened with a $200 fee.

Fantastic location

Very comfortable, spacious and well-appointed property that suited our group perfectly. Lift access is literally a few steps out the back door and access to the village is a comfortable walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great week at Silver Star

We had a wonderful extended family holiday and the accommodation was perfect! Located at the top of the Silver Queen lift with such easy access to tubing, the lifts, the village by foot and nordic/snowshoeing trails. The home was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Angie was available and easy to connect with if needed.

Better than I expected!

Ski in and ski out is understatement! Place was very clean. No lack of amenities. Very well stocked if you like to cook. I was visiting from Southern California. I grew up in Vernon and it was the first time I was able to showcase my home town to my wife and her family. They couldn't have been more impressed. I would book again. Thank you!

Wonderful Accommodation

Our first time at Silverstar; we could not ask for a better accommodation. Amazing ski in/out location. Our kids loved the proximity to the tube slide. We can’t wait to return.

We will be returning to this place

This place was absolutely everything we needed. The front door it about 10 feet from the top of Silver Queen chair lift, could not beat the location. There was ample parking for many cars witch is a rarity at most places. We stayed here with a couple families and it more than accommodated us. There's a bunch of stairs to get from the parking all the way up to the place which you have to do at the beginning and end of the trip but that was very minor and good exercise. This was a wonderful house in the perfect location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay

We have rented this house twice and have enjoyed both stays. House is well stocked, clean, spacious and great location. There is quite a few stairs to get into house so wouldn’t recommend to those who don’t want stairs.

Family Christmas with Nana & Papa

This property was perfect for our family Christmas. Everyone had a comfortable private sleeping space with lots of space for everyone to relax, play, hang out and cook. I would definitely recommend this home and would rent it again myself. The Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need along with a large fridge. We enjoyed the BBQ, hot tub and the sauna was an added bonus. The location was excellent especially for young kids - ski in ski out, close to tube town and the skating pond. The home was very clean and provided great family entertainment of games, puzzles, movies, Netflix and more. It was also very well organized to handle garbage and recycle. We are a family who loves adventure and have traveled to many parts of the world! Every year we have tried to see a new country and we never let having young children stop us. As a large family we fell in love with vacation rentals as a great way to travel comfortably.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This year we decided to become hosts of our own vacation rental. We partnered with my dad and step mom and decided to buy a recreational property in order to be able to continue making fun memories despite not being able to leave Canada for the foreseeable future! We chose this home because it is perfectly located on the ski hill with the best access to family fun and also challenging ski runs. We can't wait to enjoy the ski in and out access! We look forward to being able to provide a wonderful space for others to enjoy Silver Star mountain.
