Beautiful property that has a spectacular view of the ocean from the patio!

→We have a Smart TV with applications like Netflix, Hulu also available for the guest to sign on with their accounts. We also have local channels. NO CABLE.

→ Bedroom 1: Queen size
→Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with 2 full beds + 1 single bed alone.
→Full Bathroom
→Corner walkout balcony with views of the Ocean!!

PLEASE NOTE:
This home is a triplex and the the unit is on the 3rd & 4th floor of the home.
Unit 3 guest only have access to the unit 3 balcony.

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.


TV
We have a Smart TV with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. You will need to sign in with your credentials. Please do not forget to sign out! We also have local cable channels only.

PARKING
1 car is allowed to park in the driveway on Amherst - shared space with Unit 2. Also, with 1 parking pass for street parking. Please DO NOT park on the sidewalk and NO PARKING allowed on Atlantic Avenue. You will get a ticket.
**PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION IF TAKEN. **


TRASH
Trash day is MONDAY.
If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the trash receptacles (trash & recycling) to the curb Sunday night or early Monday morning.
If this cannot be done, please let us know and we will send someone to assist you.

GRILL
There is a shared grill in the driveway.

TRIPLEX
Please note that this unit is on the 3rd & 4th floor of a Triplex. There are other tenants in the building in Unit 2 (1st & 2nd floors).

OUTDOOR SHOWER
We have an enclosed outdoor shower that is a shared amenity with the other units.

INFANTS/ KIDS
We welcome children of all ages. Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
□ Absolutely NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY PREMISE.
No smoking inside or outside the property -$250 fine if detected.

□ No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.

□ If anyone under 18 is in the group, primary renter must be 25+ to book the reservation & must be on premises at all times.

□ Please remove shoes when entering the home.

□ Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am (50 decibels).

□ Primary renter must have a valid government ID & phone number on file.

□ Unfortunately we do not allow late checkout (unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with owner) to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

□ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

Long weekend stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property for a long weekend. The property is at an ideal location to the beach. The setup is really nice and would absolutely stay there again.It was stated in another review that the parking isn’t ideal as you are sharing the same driver with other rentals, which can lead to you being blocked in. It would also be nice that curtains or privacy is added to the master bedroom door as it wasn’t ideal for changing or the morning sun when trying to sleep.

Was not happy over all with stay

There were 4 tall flights to bring up heavy things so it was extremely difficult. The space was extremely tight. The kitchen pots were dirty & there were no forks just spoons. They were missing a lot of utensils needed for cooking and they had a Kcup coffee maker which was not listed so coffee bought couldn’t be used. We made the best of our situation however was not happy over all.

Nice Location without Amenities

The location is nice, as it is outside of Atlantic City, but still within walking distance. The home itself was ok, however please note that parking is a challenge. YES there is a parking space, but you can EASILY be blocked in by other guests. This happened to us. There is supposed to be a parking pass for street parking, however we were told the previous renters had taken it. When we asked for one for our stay (to avoid be blocked in), we were told to park in the drive as the pass was not available. The property manager had nice answers but never addressed the issue - just passed it off as NO BIG DEAL. But, when parking at night and hoping you can get out in the morning interrupts your stay, it is not a relaxing visit. There was to be 4 beach tokens, there were only 3 (fine for our group, but another mislead). The welcome brochure noted beach towels, we were told they do not supply those any more. When asked about beach chairs, we were told they are in the garage - but I had no idea how to access the garage. It was surface level service... Without subpar service, the unit itself was clean and convenient.

The unit is fine, but is not located on the 1st and 2nd floor it's on the 4th floor, there is no washer/Dryer, and no dishwasher.

Would stay again

Clean, quiet, updated and good location. We loved that the main living area with the pull out couch had a door so our toddlers could be contained for sleeping. There were just a few things that prevented me from giving it 5 stars which were nothing major: there were no linens for the pull-out, only 1 roll of toilet paper, and no dustpan for the broom (but we did end up finding the vacuum later on). The two twin bed were kind of uncomfortable and squeaked every-time we moved. Overall we liked it, it fit our needs and we'd stay again.
