In the heart of downtown OC with pool and designated off-street parking! Short walk to the Beach/Boardwalk and downtown with over 100 unique shops, restaurants, galleries and grocery store. This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps four. Parking for small and medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Note: queen sheet sets, towels, and toiletries not included; Address: 900 Wesley Ave, Ocean City, NJ — Feel free to reach out with any question. Important: The condo association has a strict no smoking/vaping rule on condo complex premise and in unit to avoid setting off the fire alarm throughout the complex. Thanks for viewing!

Although we never met our host, everything was in order except for the coffeemaker, which would not pierce the keurig cup and therefore only water came out. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good.

Was not clear in the listing that one of the “beds” was a fold out futon couch that was blocked by a table and chairs. Definitely not suitable for 4 adults.

Staci was great and kept me informed of when I'll get access to the property. Provided kitchen items and some bedding (pillows and blankets). Close to the boardwalk. Booked again for next year!

The room was small but cozy. Had all the necessities needed for our stay. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice restaurants around area. Very active Boardwalk..

Great Spot!

This was a great spot to stay-- close to the boardwalk and beach, and we didn't need to move the car until we left. The property and amenities were exactly as described, and communication and the check-in process were simple and straightforward.

Place and location were great, for me personally next time I would just look for a place closer to the beach. The condo was clean and everything it said it would be. I loved the pool area. Staci was excellent about answering any questions and responding back very quickly!!

Nice place, great location

Great quiet little place, perfect for my daughter and I. The location is walking distance to everything we needed - boardwalk, beach, shops and resturants. Didn't use the car once! My daughter loved the pool. Off street parking is nice although the lot is tight, making pulling in and out in a SUV difficult.

Close to the beach and fun

Great location with a small kitchen that help sooo much with meals and snacks. Only bad part is the kids wanted to go in the pool in the morning before check out but it was locked up. We left around 945 am and it was still locked. Other than not being able to use the pool on checkout day it was a great place and location for an amazing time in Ocean City!
