Nouvelle construction construite sur mesure en mai 2017: 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain complĂštes + bureau nouvelle construction: Richard Jones a conçu la maison de style insulaire au cƓur du quartier IDA de Delray Beach Ă  quelques minutes de Atlantic Ave et des meilleures plages de Floride. La maison se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du lac IDA et est situĂ©e dans un quartier privĂ© offrant calme et tranquillitĂ©, piscine et dĂźners prĂ©parĂ©s Ă  la cuisine extĂ©rieure ou Ă  la cuisine du chef Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.
La maison dispose d'un vaste espace extĂ©rieur avec beaucoup de places assises dans et hors du soleil sous la loggia couverte 22x12. À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez 4 chambres (dont un bureau) et 3 salles de bain complĂštes avec toutes les finitions haut de gamme, y compris des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable Thermador, des douches en verre sans cadre, une buanderie Ă©quipĂ©e Maytag, du parquet, des comptoirs en granit, des salles de bains en marbre, une cuisine extĂ©rieure , loggia couverte, piscine, spa et douche extĂ©rieure. La maison a Ă©galement WIFI haut dĂ©bit avec Smart TV dans toute la maison.
Tous les draps, y compris les serviettes de piscine sont fournis ainsi que des fournitures de blanchisserie et des fournitures de bain et douche. Wonderful property!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals at home. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Jim was a wonderful host, super quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to be accommodating! The pool was a huge highlight for the kids. Outdoor shower and grill were also very convenient! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anybody looking to be close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. Perfect house for a family of 5!

Wonderful Delray Beach Vacation Home

The home is beautiful and spacious for a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. It has a highly organized kitchen with all the accessories needed to cook gourmet meals. There is also a large BBQ on the patio for grilling. The hot tub and pool were the best! When we arrived, the home was very clean and appeared as shown in the pictures. Jim is an excellent host and communicator. He went above and beyond to help us out when there were extenuating circumstances. The neighborhood is very safe and fairly close to Atlantic Ave. Although you can walk to it, having a car is much more convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay at this wonderful Delray home. The house was very clean, the kitchen was great, and the beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grilling area. Five stars all around!

We'll be back

We have rented homes multiple times and this was, by far, the best experience we have had. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful and was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was minutes to downtown Delray Beach and yet was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Perfect Stay

check in process was perfect. Owner checked in on move in day to make sure everything up to snuff and did so again half way through stay. the property is top shelf with perfect lay out for easy living. Can't say enough good things about this property and our experience and strongly recommend you consider the property.

Another great visit!

We just wrapped up our third visit to the property and had another terrific experience! The house is clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and downtown Delray. Jim, the owner could not be nicer or more attentive. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Great Vacation!

The house was so perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood and it was a half hour walk to town which we did everyday. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was in great shape and it felt very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had an amazing experience with this property. Beautiful home. The pictures are nice, but the actual property is mind-blowing. It was clean upon arrival. Communication with the Owner (Jim) was seamless. The location was perfect. Was close to many restaurants and stores. We spent most of our time in the back relaxing by the pool. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic house in a great neighborhood

The house is great. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is even better in person. We loved the park nearby and rented bicycles for a quick ride to the beach. Very clean house that had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Delray Beach!

What a wonderful stay we had at this immaculate, beautiful home. The home is stunning and has everything you could possibly need for a short term or long term stay. The homeowner Jim is such an absolute pleasure to work with and he has thought of all of your needs. The layout of the home is perfect for a large family or a large group of friends. The master bedroom suite is so lovely. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are also so nice. The entire house is appointed with all the creature comforts that make you feel like your in your own home. The pool, gas grill and back yard are so fabulous. Jim keeps the house in pristine condition. We are so thankful to have been able to find this slice of paradise in Delray Beach so close to Atlantic Ave, all the shopping, restaurants and beach. We highly recommend staying here-it is the best in Delray Beach!

Delray Beach 3 bedroom rental

Suited our needs perfectly with 2-3 grandkids and 4 adults all staying here overnight. Downstairs with open concept, very modern great kitchen and dining area and made use of pool and patio, which were outstanding. Could not have been better for our family. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Had every amenity needed, which is usually not provided. Very clean! House was decorated beautifully. All beds were comfortable with upscale bedding. Convenient to beaches, we tried different beaches daily! Would definitely recommend this house!! Everything was amazing!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a home that we built for our own family vacation weeks and we make it available when we are not able to use it. We put every effort into the building and decorating decisions to make sure that the home is elegant but comfortable and casual and that the layout allows for personal space for larger families or couples traveling together.
With 2 bedrooms upstairs, extended families or children can have their own area but convene downstairs or on the outdoor loggia and pool area for relaxation, cooking or meals.
Furthermore, we wanted to build a home that flows commensurate with a relaxed vacation feel. The 1st floor master suite and the 2 sliders from the kitchen and great room lead to the outdoor space and pool and we feel the flow of the layout is perfect to enjoy the Florida outdoors but have access to an air conditioned space.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home is in a quiet area but extremely close to any activity you want. We're close to beaches, bars, restaurants, golf and tennis and you'll never have to drive if you so chose. Uber is ever present and there is also a free shuttle service that will pick you up at your front door (The Downtowner).
We've also equipped the home with all that you'll need for your stay from linens and towels to soap, shampoo and a fully stocked laundry, so just show up, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
