Experience the charm of Casa Tres, a cozy, family-friendly bungalow just a short 4-minute stroll from the beach. This inviting home features a spacious master suite with a queen bed and a kids’ room with twin bunk beds and a nearby bathroom with a bathtub. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.

The open living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dining table, and a large living space for family gatherings. High-speed internet ensures easy remote work or schooling. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the front patio, complete with a wood pellet grill, hammock, and Adirondack chairs—ideal for sipping margaritas and soaking up the sun.

The kitchen comes with all the essentials: microwave, coffee maker, blender, espresso maker, and a dining table for six. Plus, there are board games, playing cards, and a bocce ball set for beachside fun. Sheets and bath towels are provided.

Oceano coordinated an in-house deep tissue massage which was fabulous for helping my sports injuries. Highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, this was an unexpected situation beyond our control, and it was resolved as quickly as possible. We understand how important this is for a comfortable stay and truly apologize for the disruption. Regarding the location, the home is intentionally situated in a quiet, more remote area, which is reflected in the listing description. While it is about 12 minutes' drive from town and there are no nearby stores, many guests choose this property specifically for the privacy and peaceful setting it offers. We appreciate your comments, as they help future guests set expectations and help us continue improving the guest experience.

The property was clean and of the right size, pretty close to the beach. The beach was practically alone, no vendor or people offering services. It is also worth mentioning that the closest grocery store is 30 min away.

Excellent Property

We loved that this house is just one block away from the beach. It has a great open-concept design, with an amazing kitchen and living room. The only downside is that it doesn't have a washer and dryer. Additionally, a few beach chairs and an umbrella would be a nice touch for guests to take to the beach. Otherwise, the company and owner were amazing—communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back to this property. If the owner or company updates the property with chairs, please inform your renters. Thank you!

A code box for the door would be great. there was only one key to unlock the padlock so we always needed to find who had it before heading back to the house from the beach.The house is open and spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Very low water pressure in master shower, the sliding screen doors were in disrepair and the fridge leaks on the kitchen floor at night but all in all a great stay. Be sure to bring your own paper towels, drinking water and coffee filters!

Great basic house near beach

This house was priced right for our Family for a quick stay. The house has new memory foam beds which are nice. The layout is very nice with one big open room and two bedrooms, one shared bath and one master. This house would be very comfortable for 4 people, up to 8 but that would be kinda cramped.

Beautiful Location!

The house had everything we needed, the property was clean and the beach access was very close. There wasn't a television but the kids did just fine playing with the games available in the house. Unfortunately, the power went out about 8 hours before we left but since it had rained, the house didn't get too hot. It was just a little inconvenient to not have water for those last 8 hours. Overall, it was great and I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying at Casa Tres, the home was super nice and very big. I loved that there was security on site. Convenient location from swap meets and about 5min items from the beach. I would highly recommend and I would stay again

Quick Graduation Celebration!

My niece graduated from high school recently and I wanted to introduce her to a pert of Mexico that is easily accessible for a quick get away! We all enjoyed ourselves so much, the private house, beach, and security helped us all relax and really let us focus on having fun.

Place was fine It say’s Las Conchas so I was expecting it to be Las Conchas. We’ve stayed in this area before just wasn’t expecting it.
