Although this an older home, it was very clean and perfect for a multi generation family with small children in our group. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and sent very clear check in directions.

In town for our wedding. Photographer had plenty of space for pre wedding glam photos, owner was very accomodating with extra people in the house for pre wedding misc. Set up nice, exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. Decorated nicely and kitchen stocked well!

This house worked really well for our family during our daughter’s Boise State graduation weekend. The layout was the best part — it felt like having a full house upstairs and another downstairs, which made it perfect for multiple couples and family members to spread out comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet, simple, and family-oriented. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Boise State, which ended up being a little farther than I expected, but that was on me for not checking more closely before booking. The house is older and has some wear and tear, but it was stocked with so many essentials that we hardly needed to buy anything. Plenty of towels, paper products, shampoo, body wash, Keurig pods, spices, washer/dryer supplies, games, TVs, and more. The garage game room with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey was a huge hit with our family. One issue was that the blender was missing pieces and unusable, but we assumed the owner probably didn’t realize it. We ended up buying one and leaving it there since our family makes smoothies daily. The biggest downside was the hardwood floors in the master bedroom — they creak VERY loudly with every step, especially noticeable during nighttime bathroom trips and for anyone sleeping downstairs. Overall though, the home was spacious, affordable, comfortable, and full of character. The master bed was very comfortable, the backyard was great for gathering, and the setup worked perfectly for a large group. We would still absolutely recommend!

Great house for families,

We had 4 generations and everyone loved it. It had the best equipped kitchen I have seen in any rental property. My grandkids loved the toy box. Be forewarned that the beds on the ground floor are all very high, my 83 year old mom had trouble getting in the bed.

Beautiful Home in Boise

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Boise. Great location and in walking distance to a beautiful park and stores. The house had all the amenities a person could ask for. Beautiful kitchen with a view of the deck and back yard. Great game room and workout equipment. Our TV went out in the living room and the owner came and replaced it within 1.5 hours. We spent 11 days and everyone had an amazing time and I’d come back again.

Vacation home

The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clean and very nice furniture. Perfect for families with children. Our kids were so entertained with all the fun games & movies, especially the WII. And the perfect outdoor patio to sit and spend time with the family. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others :)

Incredible

The house was incredibly clean and beautiful. There were small details that are incredible, such as makeup wipes and hangers. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and outdoor seating. It is an older home, so the original floors were very noisy. The floors were beautiful and original, so the noise was a very minor inconvenience. I do wish there were more extra blankets for the couch and chairs, and the couch was white leather and not comfortable. These were very very minor things, and I would very much stay here again with no changes. The host was absolutely incredible, very responsive and generous. The yard is big with beautiful soft grass and a fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet except for a neighbor doing some major outdoor home improvement that I’m sure will not last forever. Absolutely wonderful stay!

Perfect 2 Family Rental

This home was the perfect size and layout for our two families. Centrally located between our activities in Downtown Boise & Meridian. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. Lots of space for the kids to play and hang out. The downstairs bedroom could use a new bed. It was really uncomfortable. We would stay here again if we make it back to Boise.
