This fully self-contained property features, full laundry facilities, a fully renovated bathroom, open plan living with a large flat-screen television, reverse-cycle air-
Accommodating up to four people & 1 child, the main bedroom consists of a queen bed plus a built-in robe, and the second bedroom includes two single beds, a trundle (child up to 30kg) and a television with media player. All linen is supplied.

Enjoy your stay in the ‘Seafood Capital of Australia’, while viewing the largest fishing fleet in the Southern Hemisphere pass by your front door.

The property itself was fantastic. Perfect location and a great layout. Be sure to check all the cutlery and dishes BEFORE you use them. Some were quite dirty. The communication could have been better. Was supposed to be notified of where to pick the keys up 3 days prior to checking in, then after an email was the day before, then after another message managed to find out 2 hours before we arrived.

Hi Julie, Thanks for your review, I will pass this on to our cleaners about the cutlery, if you informed us on the day I would have sent them around to clean for you. As a property management business we appreciate knowing these issues straight away. We generally notify most guests on the day of arrival as in past experiences people have been picking up there keys early at our safe and arriving before the cleaners have finished. Location location location

As you can probably guess, we absolutely loved the location on the Marina! Having breakfast watching the boats go past, then relaxing at night watching the boats go past... The place was lovely and we'd definitely stay again.

Great relaxing location

Great location on the marina, walking distance to beach and small playground. Nice comfortable house. Could benefit from the addition of some basic kitchen staples as provided in many other properties - cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea etc.

Amazing outlook in quite location, close to everything

Fantastic location right on the entrance to the marina. Watch the boats come and go during the day. All within 5 minutes of the city centre, boat tour wharf and gateway to Lincoln National Park, Coffin Bay etc. Good size lounge room, main bedroom-built ins etc (the mattress could do replacing as lost support) Second bedroom has 2 x single beds. Bathroom good,

The whole property and it's ambience was lovely

we thoroughly enjoyed the place and it's location, the only thing us oldies had an issue with was the lounge is too low so this made it difficult to get on and off, so most of the time we spent sitting at the kitchen table. When we wanted to watch telly we had to use a kitchen chair to sit on. It's lower than it looks. but overall it was lovely and peaceful.

Lovely location, great view!

Our family had a lovely stay. Really enjoyed the marina view with daily seal and occasional dolphin sightings. Close to lovely beach walks and a short drive to the main precinct of Port Lincoln.
