Located 5 minutes from Masterton CBD on a working farm. This newly renovated one bedroom luxury guest house has all the mod cons. Full kitchen and laundry, tiled bathroom with under floor heating, super king bed, heat pump, outdoor area complete with petanque court and BBQ with a huge outdoor deck for relaxing.
Walking and cycle tracks are on the door step and bikes are available on request.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Great location with lots of space and still only a short drive to town. Warm and welcoming accommodation with a fantastic fireplace for the cooler nights. Jo was easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely hideaway

A wonderful spot for a weekend getaway - comfortable, warm and cosy, with an excellent modern fit out and great kitchen for cooking. We loved getting the fire going in the evening as we settled in with a wine!

Best place we've stayed

As this is a brand new property it was devine to stay in. The house has been built with lots of great features and it seems a lot of thought has been put into making the house very comfortable. The house is only a few minutes drive from Masterton town however feels like you're in the country and is very quiet. Really loved our stay

Quality homestay

Quality homestay in peaceful surroundings. Pristine presentation and styling. Host had the house warm and cosy for our arrival and set the fire up. Loved it and we'll be back in the summer!

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful setting

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It's in such a beautiful setting, and very peaceful.The cottage has been decorated beautifully and everything has been thought of. Jo is lovely hostess and made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to go back for another relaxing break soon.

Great Stay

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Location is great (although if you don’t have a car it’d be problematic), just a short ride into town. We loved being greeted by resident sheep every morning. WiFi was sporadic but good enough to get us through. We will be back!
