The Castle - Greytown

Relax and enjoy the serenity of all that Greytown, Martinborough and the Wairarapa has to offer. The Castle is the ideal retreat for a long weekend or a night away. Easy 10 minute walk to the center of Greytown or short 15 min drive to the wineries in Martinborough.

The Castle is an ideal spot for couples to base themselves so they can experience all the Wairarapa has to offer. From Boutique shops in Greytown, Martinborough wineries or the annual Booktown Festival in Featherston. Enjoy the quiet and relaxing feel of home in a space that has everything you could possibly need.

A separate bedroom with a King size bed, ensuite with walk in shower featuring gas mains pressure. Full Kitchen facilites including Gas Hob, Oven, Microwave and small fridge.

Ideal for couples wanting to relax. Upon request we can provide a single bed for an extra guest or a small low bed suitable for 6months - 5yr old. (no cot available)

Great base if visiting for a Hockey Tournament at Clareville which is just 12 mins drive away.

The Castle

A wonderful place to stay. We so appreciated all the thoughtful touches within the Castle. Comfy bed, great shower, warm, clean and tidy and everything we needed! Thanks so much for checking on us in the powercuts and ensuring we had light and cooking facilities that didn't rely on electricty. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The Castle

The property is superb, warm and comfortable. Steve is a very friendly host, making sure we were comfortable. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Greytown. The Castle is beautifully fitted out and the bed was very comfy. We had great weekend and will definitely be back. Thanks Steve.

It is a delightful cottage with what you need. A handy kitchen and a fabulous shower. The bed is comfortable and the place is very well insulated. Great location so you can easily walk into town for breakfast or just to shop.
