Bienvenue Ă  The Persian Oasis Ă  Westwood, Los Angeles.
Une grande villa de 3 chambres avec piscine et jacuzzi. Emplacement privilégié à quelques minutes de Beverly Hills, de Brentwood, de Santa Monica Pier, de la 3rd Street Promenade, de Century City et de nombreux sites touristiques. Seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport de LAX.

CĂ©lĂšbre pour son climat exceptionnel, ses rues Ă©toilĂ©es et son industrie du divertissement.  Beaucoup considĂšrent que le joyau de cette mĂ©tropole tentaculaire est Westwood, oĂč se trouve UCLA et la plus grande communautĂ© persane de l'hĂ©misphĂšre occidental.

L'oasis perse est un lieu confortable, lumineux et silencieux, idéal pour les couples, les voyages d'affaires et les familles.  

Cette villa est situĂ©e sur un grand terrain ensoleillĂ© de 6700 pieds carrĂ©s, abritant un bĂątiment principal de 1 600 pieds carrĂ©s et une maison d’hĂŽtes sĂ©parĂ©e, parfaite pour la vie privĂ©e et la dĂ©tente lors des voyages en groupe.

Situé au coeur d'un quartier résidentiel calme avec beaucoup de restaurants persans et autres options de restauration à proximité.

La climatisation, l'accÚs Internet WiFi et la télévision par cùble dans chaque chambre font de nous quelques-unes des commodités. Parking avec permis dans la rue plus port privé pour deux voitures. Des équipements pour la famille, y compris une chaise haute et un siÚge auto, sont disponibles sur demande.

En ce qui concerne la fĂȘte va ... J'autorise les rĂ©unions de famille et les anniversaires! En raison des politiques HOA, il est interdit de faire du bruit. Des frais de 70 $ / jour sont facturĂ©s pour le chauffage de la piscine et du spa. Il y a une camĂ©ra de surveillance 24h / 24 dans la cour avant et la cour arriĂšre pour la sĂ©curitĂ© de l'invitĂ©.

WestLA Getaway

This was an incredible weekend of relaxation for my lady's 35 birthday. We wanted some place quiet with a pool and accessible to LA. This place was the perfect find. Thank you Cristy for a great time.

Please do a deep clean

Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds. This property needs a major overhaul to be renting to travelers. Made the best of our time, won’t be back.

Overall, the place was as advertised with no surprises. Cristy was very helpful and responded to any questions we had. The house was a perfect fit for what we needed.

Older home, excellent location, fairly priced.

This home is in an excellent neighborhood close to everything. It has a very large pool which makes the home feel larger than it is which helps out a lot for larger groups. This home is an older home and could really use some upgrades. It doesn’t appear the property manager visits the home very often. The bbq had no gas, just two empty tanks and the property manager told us it was too difficult to monitor that. However, for its price point and location it’s fair to say we got what we paid for.

Long weekend getaway

Owner was very responsive. The property was located close to the airport and main highways. The interior of house needs some upgrades but the backyard, pool and spa are adorable.

This property was very dirty when we arrived. We cleaned a little since we were staying for a bachelorette party. There was half eaten things in the refrigerator and fridge, which was very nasty. Most of the beds were half made and there were no extra blankets or pillows if you wanted to stay on the couch. The pool was very dirty, like it had not been cleaned in awhile. There was spiders and leaves everywhere in the pool the bottom of the pool had black stuff all over it. I would not recommend staying at this house. The owner of this house is a very rude lady as well.

Great week

We had a fun week in LA. The location was great- 20 min to the beach and most things. We walked to Starbucks and to get fresh bagels every morning. Loved the yogurt shops too! The owner was easy to work with and answered my questions right away.

My family loved the house and location.

Comfortable for group of 10. With the temperature in high 80's it was nice to jump into the pool during the day. At night, pool gets cold, but it's refreshing. Heater for the pool & hot tub didn't work so well or maybe it takes long time to heat them. Cristy was very accommodating. Everything that needed to be done, Cristy sent people to fix it. .

Great Stay

We used this as our home base for a work trip to LA area and it was fantastic. Peaceful to sit by the pool in between meetings and a really great stay overall.

Excellent Stay!

This home is perfectly located in West L.A., with convenient access to the 405 and 10 freeways. This is a great place to stay while you explore the city because it is close to stores and tourist attractions. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The house is nice and located on a quiet street, there is a pool and outdoor fireplace which is a great bonus!

It was a weekend to remember! This place is set up so beautifully that wanting to leave it was hard for us:). Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Cristy and her property! For starters the house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was the cherry on top for our stay. It’s location also ensures you’ll never run out of things to do and it’s surprisingly quiet at home compared to the rest of the city. Cristy was extremely courteous and took fabulous care of us throughout the duration of our stay. Many hosts have not been nearly as involved in my past Vrbo experiences, so it was a welcomed change. Should I return to this area I will definitely be looking to book this property again and highly recommend it to any prospective guests.

Great location, kids loved it

Nicely upgraded place, close enough to where I was traveling for work and lots of options for the rest of family while I was occupied. We had relaxing evenings by the pool. The fire pit was out of gas, but the owner quickly rectified this and we were all good. All in all, it was better than expected and we look forward to returning next year. Thanks Christy!

Beautiful, spacious, great natural light, POOL!

I really loved all the natural light in every room and that two of the bedrooms opened out to the pool. The kitchen and washer and dryer really helped to make the stay easy and convenient! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walking distance to amenities. We would definitely choose this place again to stay for an extended period!
