This home holds the heat and offers a gas fire and heat pump for extra comfort which allows you to move freely through the open plan living & dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious with 1 x king beds, 1 x queen bed and 4 x singles along with a large bathroom and ensuite, each with their own thermostat heater. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all you need or Wanaka township & the lake is a short 5 minute drive away. If hiking or biking is your thing then your in for a treat as you have direct access to trails, lake rides and a variety of walks or you may enjoy wine trails and tastings....either way you wont be short on things to do and see in beautiful Wanaka.

You wont be short of breath taking beauty everywhere you look in the Central Lakes Region and Wanaka's Heritage Park Villas are no exception. A group of alpine villas make up Heritage Park and the grounds add space and beauty the villas. Set amongst established trees, golf like mowed lawns and beautiful gardens you get a sense of peace and space throughout the grounds. Wanaka Heritage Park offers a recreation center offering a small gym and work out room with a tennis court also.
