This modern, spacious townhouse offers two entertaining areas indoors and backyard entertaining, with a large outdoor entertaining area upstairs offering views of the city lights. One very large bedroom with a super king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and lounge offering Foxtel and Netflix, with WiFi also. Minutes walk to all the Bridge road and Swan street restaurants, tram to city, Yarra walks, sporting and entertainment arenas, Burnley golf course.

Brilliant location close to Tram, shops, cafes, bars. Very dog friendly neighbourhood. Secure courtyard for our dog. Great communication with hosts. Thank you for such lovely accommodation.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our needs with two small dogs, Host's were wonderful. Best location right in the heart of Richmond. Highly recommend

Richmond central

Brilliant location, tram stop at end of street, dog friendly cafes round the corner and overall very dog friendly house and neighbourhood.

Pet friendly perfect location

Location was perfect for easy access to many attractions. Neighbourhood was quite, parking permit provided.Being pet friendly, with enclosed courtyard was great and very secure, Parks for dogs close by. Sally was very helpful. Oh and a bottle of wine and chocolate was nice. Also coffee, milk and bread and some condiments were provided.

Quiet Townhouse in the Heart of Richmond

The accommodation rented from Sally was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean with all equipment working. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee machine and pods available. Sally provided bread, butter, milk, ample condiments and a bottle of champagne for our arrival. There is a nice courtyard out the back. TV has Foxtel. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and well equipped with linen, pillows and towels. The main bedroom has a large balcony looking towards the city and it was great to sit there and enjoy some drinks. The location is very quiet but is very central to Bridge Rd at the end of the street with coffee shops, bars, pubs, IGA and the Burnley Rd / Bridge Rd tram stop around the corner taking you directly into the city on the 48 or 75 tram. Highly recommended accommodation and we'll be back. Thanks Andrew

Great stay in inner city Richmond

My Labrador and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is a great location and is a short walk to most things that you need. Sally and Chris were great hosts and the communication were excellent. I thoroughly recommend the property.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Close to the city, and plenty of transport options to go anywhere in Melbourne. It is a quiet and peaceful loaction despite being in a vibrant and energetic suburb, Lots of food options, all of which are a short walk. Must be 20 plus hotels/pubs within a 5 km radius. Good walking tracks, along the Yarra, the Botanical Gardens, Yarra Park/MCG precinct, the local strarets and all its history. Shopping a plenty!!
