Good Stay

The best part of the stay was the location, which was amazing. Although advertised as luxury, the accommodation was average. The BBQ was broken and unusable, the sink in the ensuite wasn’t draining so we couldn’t use that, pots and pans rusted and the supplies in the kitchen minimal or quite old

Fabulous location but definitely NOT luxury!

My friends and I have stayed at numerous properties in this area and were excited to stay at this 'luxury' house. However, despite the great location we were disappointed in the property as it did not live up to its description despite us having to pay for so-called luxury. The property was unclean with areas which had mould, there were no instructions on the facilities and how to use them, no welcome pack or information about the local area, no information on how to access the WiFi, no information on what needed to be done before vacating the property, there were broken screen doors, a broken chair, the outdoor shower and toilet were disgusting and dirty and insufficient cleaning materials. Communication with the property managers was terrible and there was no response to emails for assistance during our stay or after our stay in regards to the above issues. Overall this property did not live up to its luxury claim which was incredibly disappointing after paying so much for a luxury stay. There are much better value-for-money properties nearby whose cleanliness and facilities are far superior. I would not recommend this property with its current management and I have never not recommended a place that I have stayed in this area.

Great location!

Great location - a short walk to the beach. You could not get much closer. Clean and comfortable accommodation with high quality linen and towels. We had a wonderful stay!
