Amazing

The house is absolutely amazing. What a spectacular spot to spend a few nights with our 3 families. We could not have asked for anything more. The house has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pizza oven and fire pit were a great addition.

Five stars!!

Fantastic weekend, we could not have asked for more. The house was superb, great layout, tastefully decorated and high end appliances. Stunning views of Anglesea, teenager retreat with pool table and table tennis, young kids catered for with the wii and board games. Great location, easy walk to the beach and town. Host was always responsive and made the trip easy. Definitely worth a stay. 😀

Wonderful family weekend

Myself and my husband, our two sons and their families spent a weekend in this fabulous house. The configuration of the house suited us perfectly, with everyone having their own space and privacy. The living area was big enough that we were never under each other’s feet. The balcony with the spectacular views just added to the experience. We had a fantastic weekend and would not hesitate to recommend this house.

THE PROPERTY WITH EVERYTHING

This amazing house was perfect for us as an extended family. The games room/lounge downstairs kept the kids amused, giving time for the adults to chat upstairs. From the well appointed kitchen, to the heated outside shower, two luxurious baths, the huge BBQ & so much more, it was amazing. Oh, and did I mention the sea views? We'll be back!

SIMPLY THE BEST

This exceptional home is perfect for family groups. The games room downstairs and living area with spectacular views upstairs provide separate spaces for adults and kids. The bedroom layout (4 downstairs and main upstairs with ensuite) is perfect for multi-generational groups. The outdoor pizza oven, firepit and back lawn are a bonus. A short walk to the Anglesea beach avoids parking difficulties on long weekends and during Summer. This is our second year here. I'm sure there will be more. In a word - perfect!!

Great family getaway

We stayed here as 2 families with 3 kids each. Plenty of room for both families, and plenty for the kids to keep themselves entertained. We loved the house, it was clean, modern and had an amazing view of the water. We set the table tennis table up in the garage and this was a hit for us all! We definitely would recommend this property.

A room with a view

We had a fantastic stay. The living areas of the property have stunning views over the both the ranges and the beach. The house is modern with great amenities, and Kellie was a great host. Highly recommended.

Better than the photos

Perfect for our family of adults, teens and tweens. The view was fantastic and the amenities (kitchen, laundry, games area) were well resourced. We had a lot of fun making pizzas in the pizza oven. It helped that the whether was perfect! The garden is beautiful and easy to enjoy. We think it would be harder work for families with toddlers and babies or someone with mobility issues due to the stairs and the three levels.

Delightful stay at Karma by the Sea!

I highly recommend this property! The house is absolutely stunning and has a prime location in Anglesea. The layout is really wonderful with bedrooms together on the lower level, living / dining / kitchen in the middle level and the master bedroom on the (slightly raised) top level. There are also two beautiful outdoor areas - the deck with stunning ocean views - and a lounge and dining table, and a garden area with a firepit and woodfire oven. The furnishings are per the photos with everything modern, fresh and in good condition. There were beautiful touches like books, DVDs, magazines, board games, a fireplace, etc. The kitchen was well set up too and had everything we needed for cooking. The owner, Kellie, was excellent to deal with - very responsive, had great communication, thoughtful, friendly and kind. All in all, it was an amazing weekend away - we just wished it was longer! We would love to come back - and highly recommend this house!

Big & beautiful

The house was perfect for a stay with a large group with multiple spaces to gather - the outdoor lawn & firepit, downstairs games space & upstairs living area with deck & stunning views. The host Kelli was really responsive & helpful. You can walk to the SLSC & town but be prepared for a steep climb back home.

A real winner!

The properly comfortably slept 12 adults. Fully equipped kitchen. Two beautiful outdoor areas, it was difficult to decide where to nestle ourselves to admire the view. Kellie was awesome to deal with, super helpful and friendly. Would 100% stay again!

Beautiful location and Amazing House

This house was everything we wanted for the weekend. A beautiful backyard with a fire pit and an open spacious house. The host was extremely helpful with any questions and clearly looks after the property. I would highly recommend for anyone!

A perfect getaway house

We loved out 2 night stay over the weekend. Great views, well appointed property. We had everything we needed for a perfect holidays. Games room with lots of games for kids and adults, outdoor deck, lawn on ground floor and balcony upstairs with outdoor furniture and amazing beach views. Rooms were clean and spacious. FoxTel on every TV in the house. Wifi and audio music system to use. We will surely go back for a longer stay.
