This idyllic 4-bedroom home is perfect for multiple large families. Presenting as new, this elegant property is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway, styled with top quality furnishings. Renowned by all for its spotless presentation, it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests & offers wifi, spacious living, outdoor entertaining area as well as a solar heated pool. The home itself has 2 self-contained zones separated from each other. Whilst the owners continue to reside on the property during your stay, you will have exclusive access to the advertised living area including pool/deck. There will be no shared living zones and the owners will make you feel like you are on your own. There will be a family of 5 remaining on the balance of the property during your stay. Their kids know they wont be taking a dip in the pool whilst you are there but you may run into them at one of the local surf spots. The home itself is set out on the one level and in the following manner Master bedroom - Queen Bed with TV, Walk in Robe and En-suite Second bedroom – Queen Bed with Built in Robe Third bedroom – Queen Bed with Built in Robe Fourth bedroom – 2 x Tri-Bunk Beds and 2 x Single Trundle Beds Main Bathroom – Bath, Shower and separate toilet/powder room. European Style Laundry – Samsung Washing Machine, Simpson Dryer, Vaccuum, Iron-Board + Iron Kitchen – Electric Stove Top and Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Standard Fridge and Bar Fridge and all the essentials for cooking Living and Dining Room – Smart TV, Fire Place with ducted vats to all bedrooms, Pool Table, Lounge and Dining Setting for up to 12 Guests Outdoor Entertaining Area – Outdoor Entertaining Area with Gas BBQ and Dining Setting Fully Fenced Solar Heated Pool with Outdoor Shower Ample On-Site Parking This property also comes with ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay. The home has the benefit of being close to world famous beaches whilst having 10 acres of bush and a small paddock, home to 2 Alpacas. This idyllic family home is only a stones throw to Bells Beach or the family friendly Point Addis Beach. You can take a short drive to Torquay or Angelsea for restaurants, cafes and pubs. Excellent stay in every way. Hospitable, welcoming & friendly hosts. Great amenities: extremely comfortable inside living and outside poo &l bbq area. Location near beach and local attractions also outstanding. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Bells Beach Sanctuary. Graham was a great host and was there whenever we needed anything / any recommendations. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Such a peaceful area. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Wonderful getaway

We found the place to be like a home away from home. Very comfortable and all amenities were terrific. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming.

Perfect Stay - Beautiful Location & Property

Bells Beach Sanctuary was the perfect getaway with family and friends. The hosts were amazing and ensured you had anything you needed at anytime. The kids loved the wildlife surrounding the property including Alpacas, Kangaroos, Kookaburras and more. The house is amazing, with quirky artwork complimenting comfortably sized rooms and a Large main bedroom and ensuite. The kids bunk bed room was also perfect, all with really comfortable beds. The pool and entertainment areas were fantastic. The pool was perfect for all ages and was very clean and WARM! We loved our time at Bells Beach Sanctuary and will definitely be returning.
