Perfect Family Getaway - Walk to everything

AS GOOD AS IT GETS... Family accommodation, with everything at your doorstep just leave your car in double garage and walk to Beach, Shops, Cafes and walking tracks.
This beautifully presented Villa in idyllic location is an easy 300m walk to the sandy foreshore of McCrae/Rosebud beach, McCrae Plaza and the land mark 30km Mornington Peninsula Bay Trail which are all accessible with the safety of pedestrian lights.
This lovely Villa is well equipped with a spacious light filled living and dining area plus 3 bedrooms:-
1st with a Queen size bed and a full ensuite
2nd with king single bunks + trundle furnished to comfortable sleep children Only
3rd has a single pull out bed. This room could also cater as a Kids play/chill out area.
There is a fully functioning kitchen, main bathroom and toilet, separate laundry with washing machine & dryer.
In addition there is a fabulous outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and lounge chairs. The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space for the kids to run in a safe and secure environment.
In addition we offer free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Linen is provided including bath towels, however no beach towels.

Please note that this Villa is in a group of 10 privately owned properties and is best suited to couples and families wishing to have a quiet relaxing getaway by the bay.

We have a strict no party policy which means no loud music day or night, at 11pm you need to move inside so our neighbours are not disturbed. Sorry no bucks or schoolies bookings of any kind.

The unit was nice and clean, and the host was welcoming and provided very clear instructions. The unit is in a wonderful location (close to beaches and shops) and the yard was big enough to keep our 2 dogs very happy. I would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, especially for families! The townhouse has a lovely, home-y feel: so, you don’t feel like you’re tiptoeing around someone’s perfectly styled magazine photoshoot. You just feel like you’re staying in a nice, clean comfortable house with all the conveniences you could hope for (dishwasher, stove and oven, body wash, shampoo, large back garden etc.) We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Quiet Place to Unwind

Beautiful unit that is quiet at the end of the driveway; welcoming residents and tranquil place to rest and unwind from a hectic week. Close to McCrae and Rosebud and the beach who could ask for more?

This property was fantastic for us. Quiet, close to shops, beach and dining. Central to go to either Portsea or Mornington plus good freeway access.It was very clean and spacious. We had use of Netflix and the owner Nicole kindly left us a welcome pack of goodies.I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic getaway

We had a great time staying at Nicole’s place in Rosebud. We have three kids aged between 4 and 10 and it was a great family getaway. Very clean, close to the beach, books and games etc and we had a wonderful surprise of a welcome package. Thankyou again for having us, we will definitely be back!

Quiet spot walking distance to beach

Location of the unit is close to the beach, easy walking distance and also close to a supermarket which is ideal. Unit was very clean and bed very comfortable, all the amenities were good. Grassed backyard which was ideal for my dog. Use of the garage was great on the hot days. Would be happy to stay there again.

Comfortable, clean and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this holiday unit. There was plenty of space for our family of five, it was very clean and comfortable, with extra touches like a welcome pack with snacks and chocolate waiting on our arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and there were many board games and puzzles for the kids to enjoy. The location was fantastic, only 500m walk to the Mccrae/Rosebud foreshore and nearby Coles. Nicole was a fantastic and responsive host. We definitely recommend staying at this place.

Great house! Great Location!

The pictures do not show the true size of the living/dining area there is so much space. The house has everything you need well equipped kitchen, games for the family, smart TV’s and a garden drenched in sun. The location is perfect it’s tucked away from the hustle bustle with the beach,a Coles and a coffee shop on the door step. With the main Rosebud shops an easy 10min walk. The whole family loved this house, we will definitely be back to stay again!

It was the best experience ive had in renting a place down at rosebud.. it was so clean and spacious I was also excited when i saw a welcome pack for us. Never had that with other rentals Will definitely be booking again

Great little unit at the back and hence very peaceful and quiet yet 2min walk to the beach and Coles/shops. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend Nicole’s place.

Neat, comfortable unit in a convenient location.

This was a neat and comfortable unit in a great location close to both beach and Coles. The unit was clean and resourced well. Communication with the owners was friendly, easy and prompt and we really appreciated the extra welcoming touches provided for us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely property in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotlessly clean! The hosts pay special attention to the little conveniences that make staying in a self-contained property extra-easy for a young family (think lunchboxes, cling wrap, condiments etc), a great coffee table guide to the area, and a generous empty garage with plenty of space to store your bikes and your car. Minor suggestion - the kids would've liked a top sheet in addition to the doona on the bunks, as it was hot some nights and cool on others. Similarly, the sheets on the QB were quite hot (synthetic blend?) and gathered static. Hardly a deal-breaker though!

Villa by the Beach

My kids and I loved this modern villa with all necessities and appliances on hand. Communication and check in was completely stress free. It is perfectly located near the beach and shops. Perfect place for a nice getaway with family.
