The Ashworth is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes an oceanfront pool & sundeck, indoor pool, lazy river, Hot Tub & kiddie pool, picnic/Bar-B-Q area with 6 levels of covered parking garage.

*We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 24. House party groups are NOT permitted. Should a party attempt to occupy a property, they will be immediately evicted. Properties are privately owned and reflect the private tastes of the owners. Saturday to Saturday – Weekly rentals only. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT (also prohibited on balcony). No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RVs allowed.

Perfect Location

Excellent location to enjoy shag week. Neatly manicured grounds and easily accessed amenities provided an enjoyable beach experience. The apartment had plenty of room for a reasonable price. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator could stand to be upgraded if possible. Maybe the cleaning staff to try a little harder on things like baseboards and under beds. Overall, it was an outstanding vacation! We plan on staying there again when we head back to North Myrtle Beach.

Thaller

The unit had so much potential but fell short in many, simple ways. 1) when checking in, we went to the property manager location on Main Street . The manager remained behind a locked door and we had no idea what she was trying to say. At a minimum she could have called me to explain what was going on. Instead we had a set of keys slid out to us via the mail slot... not sure what the deal was behind this but confusing and nonprofessional 2) we saw large insects (cockroaches?) in the unit in multiple locations 3) several items just needed repair... Venetian blind in the main room didn’t work, not sure if the ice maker works (but it’s VERY loud) and the disposal also seemed excessively loud. 4) couch seems very old and uncomfortable 5) WiFi only worked in a few rooms. It did not workin the living room or kitchen ( no networks weren’t available) 6) there were literally 10 remotes at the main tv. It took us a while to figure out which two were the ones to use. I don’t know what the other 8 were for Again- the location was good and we had no problem with the building amenities . But it seemed like this unit was lacking the attention to detail that you’d expect for a unit we paid so much for for. We’ve rented appproximately 20 times over the last dozen years. This is the first time I felt compelled to feedback.

Dear Glenn: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry that you were not able to hear the manager. We keep the door locked to reduce the possibility of contamination from Covid 19 and it's variants. It's for your protection as well as ours. We will send maintenance over to the unit to repair the blinds as well as check the loud disposal and icemaker to make sure they are in proper working order. We wish you had reported seeing the insects as well as the other issues while you were here as we would have resolved them very quickly and you would have enjoyed your stay more. We welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you a better experience.
