This top floor apartment has three bedrooms with the main having a split king bed, Smart TV, ensuite with a bath and shower plus the comfort of a ceiling fan and balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and a separate internal laundry with new front loading washing machine and dryer.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and complete cooking facilities, open plan air-conditioned living and dining area with floorboards, large wall mounted Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The property supplies extra blankets for beds and each bedroom is provided with a heater.
From the living area, you have peaceful water views and sliding doors that lead out to two balconies.

There is a double car space in the secure under cover parking next to the lift for the complex. At the end of one parking space is a secure shed where you can store your beach gear. Everything is literally at your fingertips!
