Cottage de plage classique en bord de mer avec plan d'étage ouvert et vue panoramique dans un cadre magnifique. 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Terrasse extérieure avec pergola et table de pique-nique. Passerelle privée vers la plage et un coin salon supplémentaire au bord de l'océan perché au-dessus des dunes. Douche extérieure chaude / froide, Barbecue au charbon. Emplacement merveilleux pratique pour faire du shopping et des attractions locales. Les images racontent l'histoire. C'est un endroit parfait sur la plage et particulièrement idéal pour une seule famille.
4 télévisions par câble à écran plat, Internet sans fil, lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse. AC et ventilateurs de plafond. Désolé, pas d'animaux.

Homiest beach house

Great place

House was clean and comfortable. Great location to beach and stores/restaurants. The wood deck needs replaced like 5 years ago. I would recommend this place to others, and I would stay here again.

We love the Pink House!

This is our third time staying here. We love the ease and laid back atmosphere of this house. Perfect for a family of 5 with three active kids. Well equipped and everything is comfy.

Great Beach House

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. Loved how open the living area was - good for family meals and game nights. The home was clean and the a/c worked great (although the bunk room could use a fan). The location was perfect! While the shrubs were nice for privacy, they were overgrown and blocked 85% of the beach view. Deck and outdoor furniture could use a freshening up. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Location!

The location is perfect! It is very close to the pier and things in Emerald Isle, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful the entire time that we were there. It felt as though we were the only people anywhere around when we were at the house and on the back deck. The house was great, very clean, and the listing was very accurate. We loved it!

Exceeded Expectations

Very nice house. Feels private even though other houses and public access are close. Beach is nice and wide and not crowded. House was clean. Appliances seemed fairly new. Beds were comfortable. The only negative is very minor — the living room is not very comfortable. Turtles hatched during our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pink House fun

My family of my wife and I and our college age kids and their friends thoroughly enjoyed the property. While the paintings are a big topic for conversation, they could be of concern with younger families. The area was amazing. The Beach was awesome and clean.

Family Fun

We gathered with 3 generations ranging in age from 6 to 75. The house provided everything we needed with a great location. Kitchen was well stocked. The beach was pristine and we loved that it was not crowded this time of year (April). Great family vacation, would book again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property.

The cottage was comfortable with easy to manage access to the beach. The cottage would benefit from the services of an exterminator for bugs, specifically ants and roaches. Overall, it was a very nice property.

I’m very sorry about the bugs. I pay for a yearly exterminator service however they tell me renters often refuse to let them in when they do a service call and I don’t hear about the problem until after renters have left. The bugs are bad certain times of the year and I am now going to ask renters to contact me directly to let me know of any infestation.

Traditional oceanfront cottages of this style are quickly disappearing and being replaced by larger houses that don't appeal to all vacationers. I feel that this house and others like it are what give Emerald Isle it's charm and need to be preserved.
