- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests. - Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental). - Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process. - Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked. - Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval. - Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. - Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. - Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building. - Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges. - Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.

Great locations and great communication
The host of this property responded very quickly to all of my questions and were very helpful! They were very lovely to deal with. This property is in a great location, close to coffee shops and the beach. The only downside is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on, however I would still recommend this place to stay!!!!

A little disappointed.
Everything was excellent apart from the quality of the bed, ie pull down bed and cleaniness of pillows, duvet and mattress protector not great.
TV was replaced without remote when we were there. Tuned at the time but couldn’t get it to work.
Apart from these easily remedied actions the place could be 10/10.

Top class accommodation
Stunning views across to the City, well appointed room with balcony, excellent facilities including tennis court, heated pool, spa and gym, which had near new equipment and great range. 5min walk to town, easy to get on motorway and the bonus of having designated parking.
