South Branch Condo 13-1 - Pet Friendly Ski in Ski out condo at Saddleback
South Branch Condo 13-1 is a newer, cute, and cozy ski-in, ski-out retreat at Saddleback Mountain, perfect for enjoying all that the mountain has to offer. With direct slope access, you can easily head out for a full day of skiing and return home to relax without ever needing to leave the mountain. The condo is located just a short distance from the main lodge, where you'll find a welcoming pub-style restaurant, a gift shop, and other convenient amenities.
Inside, the condo is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living area with a propane fireplace, Smart TV, and WiFi, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience. The unit is also pet friendly (dogs under 30lbs), and includes a ski locker for easy gear storage. In warmer months, enjoy the grill (available mid-May through mid-October).
When you're ready to explore beyond the mountain, downtown Rangeley is just a short drive away, offering a local gym, great restaurants, and charming gift shops.

Location: South Branch Way branches off from the access road just before reaching the Saddleback Base Lodge. 7.7 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 0.4 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.
FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. Ski locker available for guest use - located in the basement of building 9. Please use ski locker for gear - do not bring into condo. There is a grill - Available mid-May through mid-October.
Pet Friendly: 1 Dog under 30 lbs allowed - but not on furniture! Please keep leashed outside.

Great location for skiing. Well appointed and also down the street(within an easy stroll) for EV charging which is a plus !

Excellence condo
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well equipped for cooking. Very convenient and easy to get to the lift. Comfortable couch and beds. Morton and Furnish are fantastic to work with.

We had a great stay! The unit is located very conveniently on the slopes and a very quick walk/drive to the lodge and pub. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and it was great to have a smart tv. We also cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well equipped for that. I found the rental company to be very easy to deal with and helpful. Check in and check out process was simple.

My suggestion would only to that the homeowners supplied one it two non stick pans as well as a full set of measuring cups!

Wonderful Ski in- Ski out condo
The condo was immaculately clean, warm, and comfortable! And you really can't beat stepping out the back door and skiing straight down to the lift! Being on the first floor is fantastic as well because it makes unpacking and packing back up an absolute breeze.
The contactless check in and check out was completely convenient and seamless and everything in the condo was perfect. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!
