We had a wonderful stay at Mrs. Cathy’s place. Very clean, spacious and homey. She offered a lot of extra amenities making it easier and more affordable staying away from home. Mrs. Cathy was super quick to respond and very pleasant to talk to. She has a beautiful place with incredible views. We will definitely booking a stay with her again. We absolutely loved our stay, this was the best condo we’ve stayed in yet. Cathy has really put thought into little things to help make your stay easier.. from little toiletries, beach bag and extra toys, a coffee bar set up and more. Amazing!

PCB Paradise

This is a beautifully decorated condo which looks exactly as advertised. The beach views from each bedroom were magnificent! Definitely worthy of a repeat visit if ever in the Panama City Beach area.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was extremely quick to respond even before our stay. I highly recommend. The host providing chair service saved us money during our stay and was a wonderful addition to the already perfect room. The splash resort itself is perfect for families.

This place was beautiful. They seemed to think of everything! The balcony/location is amazing. The bed was so comfortable. You can tell this place is used a lot, although clean. Such a perfect place! The resort itself was really cool. I love that the pools and stuff were mostly shaded after a day on the beach. Don’t expect your 2 year old to be able to play on the slide area very easily. The water pressure is insane. It’s like they are trying to drown you. There is a smaller splash pad, but it’s not much. The lazy river was fun! As were both the pools. The beach was beautiful and the chairs were a nice touch. They also had vending machines with tons of random stuff you might need in them, a coffee shop, bar, breakfast, ice cream, and some food. And literally a hop and a skip from Alvin’s island and a candy shop that also has ice cream and coffee. The parking wasn’t bad. My biggest complaints — the carts were kept all the way where you park. It’s a decent walk. That’s where you had to pick up and return them. And don’t even get me started on the elevators. Be prepared to wait, especially at prime times like check in and check out times. Well waited 45 mins for an elevator so we could take out stuff down when we were leaving. Every elevator was packed to the brim with people with empty and full carts and the cleaners with their carts. It was awful. Overall I would stay again! Would just pack up the majority of the car the day before next time! And just use the stairs

Condo was very clean and just as pictured...5 adults went and we had plenty of room. Grocery store right down the street...kitchen well stocked with everything you would need to cook with.

Nice getaway

Loved the condo, cleanliness and location. Everything was a pictured. We especially appreciated the outdoor seating on the balcony which was perfect. We took in the views, ate great food and rested well. We will book again.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed with our family of 6 for Spring Break. Our four kids absolutely loved the condo. Communication with owners was great. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Resort had everything for all our ages (14, 11, 10, 5). Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
