Located just 1.3 miles from Hollywood Beach and Parks, our self-catering accommodation is ideally positioned for both relaxation and exploration. We are 7 miles from Miami Beach and Aventura Mall and 6 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port and Airport (FLL).

Guests can unwind in our beautifully landscaped garden, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. Additional services include grocery delivery, bicycle rentals, and car hire to make your stay even more convenient. Private Studio’s standard rate includes 2 Guests. A refundable damage deposit is required for check-in.

Though the unit is cleaned the bathroom has very old fixtures which didn't work. The drain didn't work and the wifi didn't work. The check-in process is a pain.

Good location close to beach, mall, restaurants, airport

The location was great. Originally got wrong room assigned and scared some poor guy sleeping. After that was corrected the room was fine. Close to beach and other things. Clean, but sink clogged. Plenty of room for the two of them. We'd rent again, location was very convenient. I prefer to pay through the VRBO ap, so billing was strange, but fine. Good value for the stay.

Great staff

The staff was great, room was clean, I didn’t have any issues besides there is no daily housekeeping only after you leave they clean the room. But besides that I had a pretty good stay and i will go back.

The property itself is very nice. It has friendly staff, clean room, with a few minor things that need fixing. Nothing that made our staff any less comfortable. I would go back if in the area again.

While we enjoyed our stay there were a few things that need attention. Water drainage and pressure were low. The utensils were needing replaced. We are thankful that we had a quiet uneventful visit and the staff was kind and helpful.

We were traveling with a dog and stayed in the guesthouse. We had a gated entry and fenced in area. It was clean but not fancy. Area was safe. Cameras all around. Easy access to all interstates. Not as advertised

No wifi for the first day and a half and then it was spotty after they fixed. Bathroom was outdated and had bugs. Pool area was not very appealing.

Misleading Pricing on Vrbo

On the Vrbo website, the property was advertised as an affordable option for a three-night stay, including hotel fees. I had made an initial payment to secure the booking. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay significantly more, despite my prior payment. As it was already late at night and I had no alternative lodging, I stayed for one night. The listing at the time stated a lower nightly rate, but I ended up paying much more for one night. I had traveled from Miami Beach expecting a great deal for three nights but was disappointed by the unexpected additional charges.

When we stepped out of the car, the overwhelming smell of weed hit us in the face. When we walked into the office it was even worse. The girls sitting at the desk was very unprofessional. She had on her eye pad for the night and barely answered any questions. We walked around to put the items in our room and the person was sitting outside in the courtyard smoking so our room smelled awful.There was hair on the beds and the freezer looked like something had exploded in it and left to freeze. I had two kids with me and one found a metal piece with nails sticking out of it in the bathroom.I don't know what it was but when I went to take it to the front desk, there was no one there. Another lady said she had been waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to come back. This was before 10 PM so I am not sure where the desk staff was. If I could have found somewhere else to go at that late date, I would have left. It was not a nice experience.

Private Studio in nice set-up. Dania Beach

Nice and private Studio with gated coded entrance. Location was excellent, clean and quiet. Front desk a few steps away with personal touch. Very pleasant check-in, painless and fairly quick. Room was neat and with kitchen and dishes, utensils and even quality wine glasses. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Very strong Wifi. Convenient Parking at the entrance. 2 min walk to the Shopping Plaza, Starbucks, Publix Supermarket, Banks, Fast food. Local Walmart 5 min walk. Literally 3 Min drive to parks and Beaches. 8 min drive to Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Center of the City with plenty of restaurants and activities. The Pool was across the street and was blue and refreshing. The best thing, was the self checkout. We were talled: "Just lock up and go". Sketchy neighborhood/manager(owner) beyond rude

The white chairs around the glass breakfast table look like the have potty stains on them and we would not sit on them (gross) the sofa if you can call it that is old and the arm rest area is taped together. We had ants in the bathroom and on the sofa. When my sister went to get in bed she pulled back the sheets and there appeared to dirty sheets (small black hairs). I tried to call just to get new sheets and no one answered. There was NO fire detector and the a/c is controlled by the front office. The a/c had plaster and spackle around it like a 2 year old did it (a box in the wall). There were 3 of us the gave us 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels. The biggest part of this location is hostel and the neighborhood is sketchy and scary. The next day I went to the office and told them about the issues we had and I wanted my deposit back. The owner/manager called me and was RUDE! He acted like women aren’t allowed to have opinions and told me I was demanding and to get my stuff and get out and he was not giving me my deposit back because of it, he even threatened to take me to court. We left (I even took the garbage out) and still they messaged when cleaned they would release the deposit but as of yet NOTHING! *UPDATED* 9/5/21 still no deposit from our stay. ****DO NOT TRUST THEM****DON’T STAY HERE****

Dear July, Thanks for bringing several good points in your review. We appreciate it. After your stay and review - PROS : The white bar stool/chairs, were replaced with brand new stools. Additional extermination was provided to kill the pests. New Fire detectors installed and was tested, though we did not find the One, that was there before your check in. Molding (New) for wall AC unit was replaced and resealed. After your stay - CONS : Displaying disrespect to the other Guests and our Staff. Apartment (after your stay) was smelling like an ashtray, smoked it out and we understood the smoke detector was missing. Studio includes 2 Guests standard, you brought in 4 Guests, creating the shortage in supply of towels and linens. We did request you to vacate the property and advised that you are not welcome to be back based on your personal conduct. Deposit was definitely forfeited for Smoking and unbecoming conduct. It is what deposits are designated to cover as damages. We are not holding it against you. We are wishing you a happy trails. We hope that you will be better Guest in the new establishments and will take better care and understanding of the property rules and respect other Guests staying there. Thanks. Do Not Book!

If you are a woman traveling alone DO NOT BOOK here. I was approached by two random gentleman hanging around the cars around 10:30p to drive them down the street, shortly after I checked in. I declined that request. I got settled in my room and suddenly my neighbor started play his music loudly outside our door, I ignored it. Around 1am, as soon as I got out the shower, “my drunk” neighbor started knocking/banging on my door. On top of that there was a missing blind in my shower. There’s only 2 rooms in the gated section so he was my only neighbor. At that moment I feared for my life, I did not go to sleep. I am always on edge traveling alone now. I went to the front desk the next day and told them what happened and that I wanted a refund because I no longer felt safe. He told me there is a family that lives next to me and they’re on an extended stay so basically they live there & proceeded to say he received another complaint about my neighbor that night and he was probably drunk and forgot which one was his door. If one lives there, one is not going to forget the location of their door and let alone knock on their residing door. Another lady stated she thinks it’s a halfway house due to her experiencing her bunkmates going through withdrawal and beating themselves. I’m still fighting to get my refund from them, they won’t even give me my deposit back. And if this gets deleted, I’m going to keep posting it!

Awesome host. Nice location. Private and clean. Quiet. Gated.

Near everything: Food Shopping. Several shopping mall nearby. Parking is inexpensive and planty for all of the people. I did have a large truck with me and trailer. No problem. Night security. Office was open late and very friendly. Cool memory foam mattresses. Pots and pans, China and Wine glasses. P.S. The costs are not bad. It was cheaper then most places i could book for those days. Thanks, to Sheridan Hospitality employees, I did have a good time and plenty of rest. Good experience and good people. Very much like Home. Next time I am in the area, I will stay again. Thanks, JT.
