Yes the pools were beautiful. Laundry facilities at the park were great. Restaurant at the park was great and the house was equipped with what we needed. Very comfortable, quiet stay. Road bike around Port Isabel and South Padre Island. Good restaurants in the area.

Dream rental experience

Love, love, love this cottage, the neighborhood, and especially the owners. My dog and I stayed for about 2 weeks and can't wait to come back. Friendly neighbors, great amenities, close to beaches and shopping. Just a great experience, thank you Angela and Bruce!

“We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The cottage was spotless and beautifully maintained—every detail felt intentional. The décor was absolutely darling, and the outdoor patio overlooking the water was an extra treat! The space was cute, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a home away from home. This is officially a new favorite for us, and we can’t wait to come back!”

a coastal dream

this artistic bungalow is just what your heart needs to get away from the real world and dream by the canal, perfectly remote and quiet and yet 5 min from all the greatest restaurants in Port Isobel. This coastal love nest is one of my favorite vrbos ever and the owners are a delight. Do yourself a massive favor and book this one!!!

The owner was vesy responsive to our questions. The coffee maker wasn't working and they took the time to bring us a new one. The location was very peaceful and quiet. It was a great geataway.

Very nice water front property!

Our 3 night stay was perfect! The property was aesthetically pleasing to look at. Me and my girlfriend found ourselves spending a little more time than we expected at the house.WiFi was fast, everything was squeaky clean, the ac was very cold, the kitchen had everything we needed as we found ourselves cooking a lot more than expected. Communication with the owners was amazing and they were super helpful with any questions we had! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation down south.

The Liv complex was not much to speak of, lots of disrepair, old, streets all under repair. Had many issues with some of the appliances, no issues with owners. They were very accommodating and did give us a discount. I would caution VRBO/Evolve partnershippartnership with Evolve

After reviewing your comments, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- The LIV complex is undergoing a plumbing and sewer renovation, which is a long-term improvement project to enhance the community, and something outside of our control, but we're sorry if this had a negative impact on your stay.- Unfortunately, the dryer and fridge experienced unexpected issues, but repair services were called immediately. Access to on-site laundry facilities are available as an alternative.We appreciate your insight and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Omg, when we arrive to this pretty small place our first experience was cockroach everywhere, we report on the front desk.. they said you nees to report to the owner.. we can't stay in the place.

We have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since. Our place is small but has been completely remodeled and immaculate and were happy you stayed your entire reservation. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from any issues. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Cute little place

It’s a very cute place. Pretty well stocked. The porch is cute. The owner was very responsive to questions and messages. The bed was so comfy! It made me go home and buy a new mattress. I have no complaints about the home!LIV is under major construction right now so that made things a little difficult at times but this has nothing to do with Angela or her cottage. That being said, thank you Angela for lending us your cute home, we will see you next summer!

This was a cute cute place. Very comfy for two and had a nice deck off the back to have a glass of wine. Unfortunately there was a major construction job going on right next to the property when we got there so we had to wait a couple of hours for the workers to end their day before we could enjoy it. The drawbridge was a quaint touch to get in and out of the place and since we weren’t on a schedule it wasn’t an issue. BUT there was a 113.00 fee that we weren’t aware of when we booked this property. The office said it was required of everyone who checks in. This upped the price significantly so I might have booked elsewhere had I known. Granted it might have been in the description and I missed it too. These things happen. Otherwise it was a nice property and great hosts.
