Come and enjoy the beauty of Budgewoi! Enjoy the perfect holiday in a newly renovated property. With easy access to the beach and the lakes; choose from surfing and sun-baking to fishing from the shore or taking out a boat. With plenty of walking tracks and endless stretches of sand, your activity options are endless. Cafes and restaurants are also within a short drive. Alternatively, BYO and cook up a storm in either of the two kitchens or the outside BBQ.

The space
On the ground floor, we have pool and ping pong tables, bathroom, kitchen and smart laundry. On the next level, is the perfect open plan living area, leading out to the expansive deck. A few more steps and you have two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and the main bathroom. The top level has the master king sized bedroom with toilet and a second bedroom which has a queen sized bed. We also have a dedicated work space, with gorgeous views overlooking the lake (warning- you make be distracted from your work!).

Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole house except for a few cupboards that are used for storage.

Neighborhood
This is a quiet residential area, so relax and enjoy everything Mother Nature has to offer. The neighbourhood has a chilled vibe, with cafe"s, activities and entertainment all at your doorstep. Explore Central Coast"s beautiful beaches and waterways, or relax at home on the deck and soak up the sun.

I am available via your booking channel or phone on 1300 062 288 if needed. You will find a yellow folder which contains tourist information and the house manual. Otherwise, I will leave you to enjoy yourselves in peace.

Other things to note
While we have plenty to entertain you, this is not a party house. Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Thanks!
