A beautifully presented, luxurious, fully furnished three-bedroom townhouse. Cely’s Place is located in the picturesque Magenta Shores. Being approximately 200 metres walk to the Magenta beach access and 100m to the outdoor pool facilities it’s an ideal location. It is also adjacent to the tennis facilities, makes this location truly something special.
Main bedroom is a King Bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are Queen Beds.

The space
Cely’s Place backs onto the Magenta Lake and Golf driving range providing north facing views of lush greenery and all day sunlight.
Downstairs offers an easy maintenance, open plan layout with modern kitchen equipped with quality appliances and all required cutlery and crockery. A large dining setting to suit any family occasion. Head through the sliding doors to the rear patio area which is positioned within close proximity to the public BBQ and pool areas. What a brilliant position to entertain family and friends with the facilities right at your back door including a private BBQ, outdoor lounge and outdoor setting.
Upstairs is where you will find all three bedrooms with the master offering high vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows to allow that beautiful morning sun to flow throughout, a stylish ensuite and its own private veranda. All bedrooms are spacious in size and offer built-ins.

Please note that the house does have a very strict no party and no pet policy.

Magenta Resort Facilities:
Immerse yourself after a warm day in our relaxing lagoon pool or laze beside the tranquil rock pools with pool side bar. Please note: the Pool Bar is only open during summer seasonal times. Use of the Magenta Shores golf course can be privately arranged by guests, we will provide you with the details on booking. Access to the gym, tennis courts, indoor heated pool and steam room are all included in this booking.

Magenta Beach:
Magenta Shores is nestled in the centre of a 9km beach, Magenta Beach. This beach is perfect for the morning or afternoon stroll and is often flat providing the ideal spot to play beach cricket or touch footy. Beach swimming is only recommended during summer months when the beach is patrolled. Magenta however is surrounded by up to 16 other beaches that offer every kind of beach access and activity you may need.
