Weekend get away

This is an excellent property. If you have children the back yard is a perfect. Lots of room and toys to play with. The owner texted checking to make sure everything was alright. Close to the beach and the mall. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect place to celebrate Christmas

The house was the perfect place for our family to get together and celebrate Christmas. It sits on a dead end street which allowed my granddaughter to enjoy her new bicycle. Debbie provided everything we needed, including snacks for our arrival, paper towels, hand soap, bath soap, etc. and plenty of everything. She communicated with us regularly and was available to meet all of our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Friendly neighborhood home!

This home is wonderful! It's a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard is huge, which was fantastic for our dog. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. The island is huge, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and such, although a little light on plates, but we used paper anyway. She left us a pile of snacks and water bottles. Minutes from stores and shopping and 20 minutes from Three Mile Bridge and the beautiful beaches. A great house in a great location! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

Let me start with Deb and Bill are great people to deal with. They made the check in process easy and we were always kept well informed. The property it self is everything the list says. It is located in a quiet neighborhood kinda centrally located in Pensacola. Not far from town and anything you will need and the beach is a short ride (25 minutes or less). Destin is just down the road an hour and there are so many other things that are close by. To sum it up Deb and Bill the property managers did everything in their power to make our experience a great one. Special thanks to them and we would rent this house again.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here during our daughter's wedding with our three small dogs, and it was very relaxing. The home was clean and it was nice to be able to keep one of our vehicles in the garage. The privacy fenced backyard was perfect for our pups to walk around and sniff. There are three big dogs next door but we didn't have any issues with them. Cable TV was great (ATT UVerse) and we actually were able to pause Yellowstone! The neighborhood was quiet and good for walking the dogs. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Deb!

Peaceful Getaway Close to Everything

Our host was great, she text to let me know all the information for check in and checked on us during the visit. The house was very clean and VERY spacious. Beautiful open floorplan, clean and tidy bedrooms. Overall, I would rent this house every time we stayed.

Was a great vacation home, Deb was awesome, she made it easy to check in and checked in to make sure everything was good the entire stay! The house was very clean and centrally located to everything we did. Great back yard for our fur babies.

The best!!

If I could rate this way more stars, I would. Was it perfect? No, but we loved it! So many small touches from the Christmas present the hostess left, to the plate of chocolates. My kids absolutely loved the volleyball net, basketball hoop, tetherball, soccer goals, and foosball table. There were balls for all the sports in the garage. We were hosting Christmas at our VRBO and Debbie bright us extra tables and chairs, paper plates and plastic ware, and other things we needed. She was so fantastic about communication--i felt like she was a friend when we left though I never met her in person ☺️ The showers were rain shower head and the water pressure was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hangers in the closet and drawer space in dressers. It had everything we needed!!! I can't say enough good things about this property and Debbie! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Relaxing rancher

Thank you so much to our gracious hosts. We had a great time using this home. The floor plan was very accommodating for our family members since it was open with a very nice kitchen area. The dogs really enjoyed the backyard since it is big and flat. The check-in process was very easy and we felt welcome from the minute we entered the property. It was super clean and the hosts left us items you would see in a nice hotel. It's location is easily accessible to the airport, UWF and downtown without feeling like you are in the middle of it. It is tucked away in a cozy neighborhood on a dead end street.

Amazing

Debbie was phenomenal. This was our first home rental and it was fantastic! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Home was warm and inviting. Had everything and some we needed. Great board games and selection of outdoor activities. Loved that it's pet friendly and will definitely book here again and bring our fur babies. They would have a blast. Huge outdoor yard.

The best there is in Pensacola!!!

We can't say enough about this property as well as the host! Everything you need to make your stay feel as though you're at home, is at your fingertips. The home is spacious, cozy and clean!!! Snacks await for your arrival, as well as any personal incidentals you may need if forgotten. Linens and towels are freshly laundered. Any questions or concerns you may have are answered promptly. The location is centrally located to all restaurants, malls, big box stores, grocery stores, the beach and downtown Pensacola. Ruby Slipper & Another Broken Egg are great for breakfast. Fish House, Grand Marlin & McGuires all have great food! Gulf Breeze zoo is approx a 45 minute drive, but well worth the trip. The little ones will really enjoy seeing & feeding the animals. My husband and I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again in the future.
