Recently renovated lounge/kitchen to include a 2nd bedroom, this Top level apartment with ocean views has everything you and your friends/family need to enjoy Lorne. Located on the esplanade across the road to the beach and in the heart of the shopping/dining strip, with full use of the gym, newly refurbished indoor pool, spa and tennis courts. A fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area & balcony will allow you to relax & unwind after a long day at the beach. With the addition of a second bedroom, parents can now enjoy the living room of an evening, with kids tucked away in their own room, complete with smart TV and games. Pets welcome but not to be left unattended within the apartment, noise kept to a minimum & must be leashed around property grounds. Strict loss of deposit should these rules be broken during your stay

Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided in the apartment or at reception.

Fantastic place!

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was nice and modern. The location can’t be beat, on the Main Street with a view of the ocean but also very quiet. The Cumberland itself has great facilities like swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, bbq etc. The owner was very good to communicate with and very helpful with any queries. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location and spectacular views. Close to everything you need. The apartment was overall neat and tidy however the coffee machine was dirty with mould in the water container and mould in the washing machine. The indoor pool/sauna was not available during our stay despite the online listing (we did receive a discount/refund for this)

Clean and coastal apartment

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Louttit views from the Cumberland. The check-in process was very easy and the apartment was very clean when we entered. Communication with the hostess was very prompt and easy. The location of the apartment was fantastic as everything was a walk-a-way (i.e. beach, shops and fishing pier). I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Lorne. I’d definitely book again next time I plan a trip to Lorne!

Easy, clean and peaceful.

A wonderful, renovated apartment. Air conditioning in all rooms and new appliances and large shower. Second bedroom is designed more for kids with the thinner mattresses but comfortably spaced with its own tv as well. Kitchen and bathroom all lovely and new. Comfy couch and a lovely ocean view. It had everything we needed and the communication with hosts was excellent. Definitely keen to stay again!

Great central getaway in Lorne

We had a fabulous family stay in Lorne. Apartment was clean, central, and had additional benefits of using hotel facilities such as pool and tennis courts. Communication from owners was excellent, and check in was seamless. Would definitely recommend apartment for a couple or small family.

Great property with fabulous views and location. Only one negative.. as the kitchen had been made smaller to accommodate an extra bedroom, could only accommodate 2 small bar fridges, with one over freezing the whole time. Otherwise, a great unit, best suited for one or two couples.
